This was the best Car buying experience that we have ever

This was the best Car buying experience that we have ever had. The dealership and our saleswoman Liz were extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. We were able to do much of the buying process over the phone. We were in and out of the dealership in less than two hours.

I had an excellent experience working with, our service advisor, Kevin at Mercedes-Benz of Naperville. His communication skills are outstanding, he kept me informed every step of the way and took the time to clearly explain what was needed and why. Kevin genuinely cares about his customers and it shows in the way he listens, follows up, and makes sure everything is handled properly. He is knowledgeable, professional, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Service like this builds trust and makes a big difference. I highly recommend asking for Kevin if you’re servicing your vehicle.
