My service advisor, Rich Wildeveld, was excellent. I had an early morning appointment on the Friday before Christmas, when many other service shops were closed. Rich was very nice, let me explain my needs and was upfront about pricing. After the service was completed, the car has been running great!

Well it is our mistake too that we didn’t ask about that option looking at all the display. We thought it has.Thank you for the review response.We bought it so now we will use it.There is one thing you can do is I am interested in buy three year maintenance contract, so can I get it with better discount like for $1500.00 or so. I recently had to take my 2016 Mercedes Benz E350 4Matic

I recently had to take my 2016 Mercedes Benz E350 4Matic for service at the dealership in Naperville due to no heat in my vehicle. I met service representative Dante Sosa who set up a ride for me to my job in Lisle and he had the vehicle back to me in two days. I am very thankful for everything he did for me especially without an appointment and during the coldest week in a long time in our town.
