POOR SERVICE!

POOR SERVICE!! This is a late review because now I don’t have a reason to not to warn other people. I purchased my car in 2022 from Asli and since then I’ve referred at least 10 people to her. The most recent referral was just last week. Even after she got promoted to the finance department I stayed loyal and continued bringing my business to her. While Asli was busy with another customer Stephen  a sales manager got involved in our deal (Abby and Amber was our salespeople). Unfortunately Stephen’s behavior was completely unprofessional. He treated us like children talking down to us as we were 5 years olds just because we didn’t like the color of a vehicle or maybe because we’re from Afghanistan? It felt like he didn’t believe my friends or I were capable of buying a car he tried to push us into something we didn’t want and raised his voice at us many times. It was disrespectful it’s not like we never bought a car from them. We decided to leave because we didn’t want to work with anyone but Asli. When she was available we came back and put a deposit and bought the car in cash despite the way we were treated. I came to service department yesterday   and learnt that she is not working there anymore. Nobody told me where she works  now. That’s incredibly disappointing not just for me but for all the future customers who would have come because of her. I’m confident I’m not the only one who feels this way. Customer service is everything and if this kind of treatment continues this store will keep losing loyal customers. Something clearly needs to change. Just a quick warning for everyone who will come to this store to buy a car, look wealthy or you will not be treated well by Stephen. We’re spending thousands of dollars not buying a piece of gum. When I also came to the service department to get my one tire fixed yesterday , I was initially told it would take about 2 hours but it ended up taking 9 hours. Let’s please be more accurate with time estimates. Service department also has to do better.

Ali thank you for your feedback and the customers that you have referred to us and for talking to us today. after talking with Stephen, I agree he should have done a better job regarding your transaction, he did a poor job and should have been more professional. I apologize for how you were treated, and we have dealt with this internally. Casey Honda deals with a wide range of customers so I can assure you that your income or nationality was not a factor. Disagreement over trade value of my trades was quickly

Disagreement over trade value of my trades was quickly resolved and the remaining process went very smooth and would recommend Casey Honda to relatives and close friends. Staff was great to my wife and I and look forward to working with Casey Group in the future for services and purchases/leases.

I'm not a fan of car dealerships, they've always been

I'm not a fan of car dealerships, they've always been stressful and not my favorite places to spend time. But that all changed when I met my salesperson, Asli. Over the past three years, l've purchased three vehicles from her, and I want to share my experience because it's been nothing short of amazing. Some people think salespeople are sharks, but Asli proves that wrong. She's originally from Turkey and has a unique way of making every interaction enjoyable. She's incredibly accommodating, super friendly, makes you laugh, and is always trustworthy and professional. I'm not sure if it's her upbringing, her training at Casey Honda, or just her personality, but there's definitely something special about her! Thanks to Asli, Casey Honda has become one of my favorite places. Every referral l've sent her way has had the same outstanding experience, and she's never let me down. We're already planning to come back next year! Thank you, Asli, for being exceptional!

Our experience at Casey Honda, particularly our encounter with Sales & Leasing Consultant Amber Saldana, was truly exceptional. Her professionalism, approachability, and honesty were a breath of fresh air, and a testament to the entire team at Casey Honda. We can't praise her enough and eagerly look forward to our next Honda purchase from Casey. After thorough research and comparison, we found that Casey Honda's pricing was unbeatable among all the Honda dealerships in Hampton Roads. This, coupled with our positive experience with Amber and our interest in the Honda CR-V Hybrid AWD Sport Touring, led us to place an order for the vehicle in the color my wife desired. Less than ten days later, she was driving it home, confident in our purchase. Our purchasing experience at Casey Honda was remarkably stress-free and pleasant every step of the way. The absence of pressure during the process was a stark contrast to our experiences at other dealerships. This relaxed atmosphere made our decision-making process enjoyable, leading us to a vehicle that perfectly met our needs and budget without any undue stress. I must also highlight the enjoyable interactions we had with Sales Manager Stephen LaBelle, General Sales Manager Tommy Malone, Sales Manager Chris Lane, Finance & Insurance Manager Ryan Beard, and Finance & Insurance Manager Esaa Muhammad. A few weeks ago we bought a gasoline-only 2025 Honda CR-V

A few weeks ago we bought a gasoline-only 2025 Honda CR-V from sales rep Alexia Durden. She was very knowledgeable about the car, and about the competitor, the Toyota RAV-4. After the weekend of thinking it over, we came back and bought the CR-V. She patiently went over (once again) all the high tech buttons and functions. I was surprised how easy and painless it was to buy our first ever brand new car. Been retired now 3 years. Looking forward to taking it west and starting the "touring" stage of our retirement. First stop: Nashville. We compared prices at two other local dealers, and found Casey to be the best, especially with the life time free inspections and oil changes. Our trip to Richmond a few days after getting the car averaged 31 miles per gallon. Thanks again to Alexia, for doing an excellent job. -paul
