Dealership is good. Been using them now for 3 years and the service is nice. Staff is very friendly and the place is clean. Some staff is young and still has some learning of operations but overall, good service

We were looking for a very specific used Jeep Wrangler and found it online at Shaker’s. We called ahead and let them know we were coming from out of state the next day to see it. We worked with Veronica and she could not be more friendly, helpful and responsive. They even went ahead and got the paperwork done ahead of time knowing we might not buy it. The vehicle was in pristine condition and we did end up buying it. Thanks to Veronica, the whole process was easy and we didn’t have to spend hours at the dealership. When we are ready for our next Jeep, we will definitely be reaching out to Veronica.
