Alex Graziano sold me a 2005 Kia Spectra. I told him a specific price range and what features I wanted and he found the perfect car that fit my needs. He was kind and available throughout the whole process. He helped me get the car to my dad so he could see it! Everyone at Shaker's was pleasant and they offered me coffee and a comfortable place to wait and watch tv. They offered me car facts that accounted for every mile and a reasonable price. The car was clean, serviced and ready to purchase before I even test drove it, which was nice. Some places don't service the car until you purchase it, and then rip you off with things they promised. Shaker's was the exact opposite. The car was ready to be purchased. I went to pick up the car and they had it detailed. That made me happy. Alex has also been placing curtesy calls asking me how the car is doing, if there are any problems and if I'm happy with it. He has taken care of me before and after the purchase of the vehicle, which is comforting especially because it's my first car. This has been a very pleasant experience and I encourage people to come here for a car.
