He took me for the test drive and allowed me to really work with the vehicle to make sure it was right for me. I drove an hour and a half to get here, but it was honestly so worth it. Went in for a service repair on my old Sorento and came out with a new 2017. Sarah asked if I was interested in seeing the new models and I thought why not with no intention in buying. Sarah did not pressure me at all but told me about the new features in the updated model. I've owned 3 Kia's at this point and new if I was to trade in my old one it would definitely be for another Sorento. All in all sales transaction went smooth and Sarah was very friendly and helpful.
