Terrible customer service. Employees in the service department are rude and ripped me off. My husband bought a truck 2 weeks ago with a warranty he was told covers all electronics. We noticed the front speakers were not working so we made an appointment to have them be fixed since we had purchased a warranty for all electronics. Upon arrival were told we would be charged $300 if they were going to fix them but we had to bring it back another day to be fixed due to needing the truck to drive to work. We get back after 4 hours of it being there to be told the speakers aren’t covered by the warranty and we needed to pay $300 to get the keys back for diagnostics tests. They never told us this once before. The manager said they run through 1200 speaker issues a week but somehow no one knew that the speakers weren’t covered by warranty. The technician who checked in the truck said he was almost positive it was the speakers. And the fact that they knew they were going to be charging me $300 and never warned or notified me prior to them “diagnosing” the speakers that weren’t playing sounds were broken. NOT HONEST PEOPLE

I have been going to New Smyrna Chrysler Dodge and Jeep since I moved to Florida for servicing both my Challenger& Jeep. They are both friendly and reliable. Great service department and Kenny & William are awesome.

We’ve been dealing with New Smyrna Dodge for multiple vehicles and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Joey and the rest of the service team are so friendly and helpful, and they’re always very accommodating when I call to schedule an appointment.

Bad people selling bad cars. 40k for a car with a many concealed defects. Car was misrepresented as a one owner trade that had been certified defect free but was actually a smoked in, trash auction car. This dealer and Chase Firestone should have punitive action taken against them by the state.....oh wait, soon they will (that's for you Chase).

The worst service department I’ve used. Say they did work and they didn’t. Complained to brandy to figure out what work was done and she was suppose to call me back but never did. This isn’t my first bad experience with service here. Have bought two vehicles from here in the last 3 years and was a good experience buying but the terrible service Department will have me going somewhere else.
