Service manager was terrible.
Service manager was terrible. Caroline was terrible in giving updates on my vehicle. Took 11 days in shop for two new tires and brakes. Manager not receptive at all.

Caroline boaz is the best representation on how the standard should be when dealing with repairs and customer service. I went to a different bmw dealer strictly in Manchester and they screwed me. Caroline had came in and saved the day. I took my car to plaza bmw and they were on top of it immediately.
