Bad customer service experience
dropped off the car. I was told someone will call to update me . No calls back . they kept the car overnight without letting me know the plans. I called next day, but still no answers. I had to call again before they close, the receptionist told me that he service advisor just left and that she doesn't have enough information . They kept the car for another day. Then finally on the 3rd day I received a call to update me about the service needed for my car. It was frustrating not able to talk to the service advisor. I didn't care about keeping the car to be fixed but I cared about not having the service advisor to call me back and to keep me posted about the plan. After a week, the car was not fixed. I was told that they had to order the part and that someone will call me in 5 to 7 days . Still no calls for another 3 weeks for any update They had nice coffee and waiting area though!

New bmw x5
We have been looking for a new BMW X5. The plan was to buy one before the end of 2017. We visited two other dealerships before going to plaza motors this past Saturday. When we walked in to plaza motors we were immediately greeted and within seconds a sales consultant walked towards us and introduced himself. As a side note, at one of the other dealerships we went to it took about 25 minutes for someone to talk to us. Both times we went on a Saturday and the level of service was no comparison. We explained that we wanted to look at the BMW X5 and he took it from there. He was interested in the features we wanted and quickly located a vehicle we could test drive. The cars are located in a garage that is a short drive from the dealership so he drove us to the garage and found the bmw that best matched what we were looking for. As soon as we got in the car he started explaining the features of the vehicle. He went into great detail about how the features work with ease. He actually understood how the vehicle operated. This was the first sales consultant we had that could actually demonstrate the features. It was also impressive that he took the time to show us everything before we pulled off the lot. He never once hesitated in his presentation, he was very thorough. He continued to share his knowledge as we test drove the vehicle. He offered to let both my husband and I test drive the car. After test driving the BMW X5 we sat down to review the features we wanted. He checked stock to see if they could get the exact car we desired. They did not have it exactly but he gave us some options. Instead we decided to put an order in the system to see how much the car would cost. After going through this process he quickly had our car looked at to get a trade in value. He came back with a trade in amount that was better than we had been given by another dealership. Then he discussed some rebates they currently have on the vehicle and of course asked for the sale. We went back and forth on discounting the vehicle until we arrived at a price we were comfortable with. We started the order process which does take a little while. Throughout the process we had the opportunity to meet the person who will teach us how the features of the vehicle work once it arrives. They actually have an employee who has the job of training the customers on how the vehicle works. This is awesome and so was the trainer. He reviewed what we were ordering and helped to make sure that the order was exactly correct. We also worked with the finance manager and he made the process of spending a lot of money more comfortable and less stressful. I never like the process of buying a new car. It is stressful. This was not the case at plaza bmw. I was also glad to hear about the service they provide for my vehicle. I realize I am paying a lot for this vehicle and I should get fantastic service. I feel they delivered. Our sales consultant Aldan was second to none. I would recommend him to everyone. He does not come across as your typical sales consultant. Andrew, the vehicle trainer, was also excellent. I am so glad we had the opportunity to work with both of these guys and the finance manager. Thank you for creating a great car buying experience.

Best service dept I've experienced
I bought a used BMW at a neighboring dealer. Brought it here to have everything checked out and was shocked at how awesome the service team was. Stephanie was incredibly helpful through the whole process and I look forward to continually doing business with them. Keep up the hard work team! I appreciate all you have done for me.

$7,000+ repair costs after two months of purchase
This car is a lemon. I purchased the BMW from Plaza Motors because of their reputation. I never imagined having over $7,000 repairs after two months of purchasing a BMW from Plaza Motors. This car should've been sent to a strip mall used car lot. Unbelievable that this BMW was sold at Plaza with a broken coil spring $468.32, oil leak $680.43, brake replacement $805.17, solenoids replacement $958.28 and faulty transfer case $4,031.47. I do not recommend buying a used vehicle from Plaza Motors. These conditions were present at the time of the sale and shouldn't have been sold at Plaza Motors

Great sales team, quick process
I recently interacted Dan Glaeser in search of a 2017 M3. Dan was quick to respond and meet my request for price and delivery conditions. Also, Dan was kind enough to respond to my questions/inquiries after hours via text message. I appreciated the attention to detail, no pressure, going out of his way to provide the information i requested. Great job Dan!

Mediocre Service - 1st Time Customer
I purchased my vehicle out of state and came into Plaza BMW as I had an issue with my antenna, which was covered under warranty. The Service Manager I spoke with on the phone prior to the appointment was very helpful and friendly. He was the highlight of the visit and would give him 5 stars - if he was the only person I dealt with at the center. Once I arrived, the appointment felt chaotic. The coordinator was called in to work, as she had her child with her and you could tell that was not ideal (and not at all her fault). She did the best she could when struggling between customer service and parenting at work with a toddler. At pick up, it again was chaotic. They had a charge - though it was stated this was under warranty and I confirmed when dropping off my vehicle - which had to be corrected. The repair took 4 days from drop off to pick up, which seemed excessive for a single cable being ordered. I waited over 25 minutes for the car porter to bring my car back. She apologized and seemed surprised as to where she had to go to find my car, as she was unable to find it (hmm - what?) and I could tell she felt bad. Best part - the repair lasted less than 2 weeks - due to shoddy work (as I had to bring my car to another dealership to repair the SAME issue and received the explanation it was a poorly done) as I was not going back for Round 2. The lack of organization and lack of quality in the work performed was surprising for a BMW Dealer. I can write off having a bad day with the schedule of employees and being short staffed a day. I can write off making a charging error. I can write off taking a longer than average time in returning my car...maybe even a bad day making a repair (we're all human), but not all of these issues on the same service appointment. I'm sharing as I don't want others to go through needing multiple, time-wasting appointments.

Bad experience totally turned around to good!
After I had my car repaired but the cost was more than my quote, I answered a survey telling how disappointed I was. I received a call from Craig, the service manager. He apologized for my not getting the correct information before my car was repaired. He offered to make it right, and I am very satisfied with his offer and will definitely take Plaza up on that. Previous to this, I have always been satisfied with Plaza, so it was definitely not the norm for them when I had to pay more than the initial quote. Mistake rectified, and I'm a happy customer again.
