Velocity Auto Sales

My experience was different than what everyone was saying about this company. First off the test drive went great. So I decided to buy the vehicle based on test drive and the service was great even had a three month warranty. Then when I walked out the door everything changed. A couple weeks later ran into some safety issues with the car not going into detail but when I called about the warranty the dealership basically laughed at me and got very angry with me. We did our little back and fourth until the warranty ran out. Apparently the “warranty” is only the people they want to honor it for was made clear to never come back. Not sure what when wrong but just get this feeling he is only interested in a quick buck only sells to people he likes not the dealership everyone says it is.

Would of been nice to know the vehicle was sold before I drove 2.5 hours from Kansas

I emailed for more information, and they never responded. It's been over a week now, and still nothing!

My husband and I had been shopping for a truck for quite some time when we decided to expand our search to areas outside of Omaha. I'm so glad we did. Velocity Auto Sales had the best quality we'd seen at very fair prices. We love our new used truck and couldn't have been any more impressed with the service and follow up we received. Chad is an honest and ethical business owner who takes care of his customers. We look forward to the opportunity to work with him again as we'll soon need reliable vehicles for teenagers in school.

Unlike the other people I had been in contact with when looking on my own, Chad's word was true-he was fair in his pricing, diligent in his search, and honest throughout. We purchased a vehicle from Velocity Auto Sales and were provided a Carfax report, the car was inspected by a reputable mechanic, and Chad ensured the car was in a safe working condition for my daughter. His prices are competitive and selection good.
