We had a very positive experience at this dealership. We drove from a distance because we liked their used inventory we saw on the website. The sales person was very friendly and we didn't feel intimated or pressured. He answered all questions with respect and gave helpful suggestions. When it came to the dreaded "bargaining" portion, the salesperson was on our side and "went to bat" for us when talking to the owner. We eventually got a good deal we felt pleased with. It was nice to have such thoughtful and teammate like sales associates when going through that process! Great facility!

My wife and I went to this dealership looking to test drive a few used cars. We were met there by Kevin who was very friendly and welcoming. We were asked a bunch of questions about what we were looking for and he took us around to see a few options. We did not really like those options and then he took us to see a new Chevy Trax. My wife was looking for a smaller SUV so he thought she might like that model. We took it for a test drive and my wife fell in love. We were not planning on buying a car that night but Kevin presented us with an offer we could not refuse. He made the whole process smooth and simple. If you are looking for a car, you should go see Kevin.

The sales associate we met with, Kevin, was very personable and easy to talk to. We never felt pressured even when he steered us towards different options than we originally came in to discuss. But he ended up knowing what we were looking for - even before we did! He really took our situation to heart and we could tell he was offering solutions that fit us well. We are very happy with the purchase of our new Chevy and are thankful for the nice followup they did the week after.

First off this dealership, mistakenly, was my second choice because I didn't know about them until I had bought a Nissan Altima and wanted to trade it in like a week later because it did not satisfy me at all. My dream car to have was a Chevy Impala 2ltz. I decided to go with the Nissan because it was cheaper. Then realized the dealership didn't offer me full coverage warranty. If anything was to happen to this car I would be paying out of pocket. It dawned on me that this car wasn't going to last long anyways because it was over 60,000 miles. I might as well be paying for a new car that's 100% not gonna cause me trouble for a while rather than paying for this old car to get constantly fixed. So I did some research and came across Reedman Toll. They are truly Phenonmenal. I wish I would had came here first. I spoke with Bob and I highly recommend him for the fact that he's not gonna fast talk you and sell u a car just for this paycheck reasons. He's been very patient with me. When I wasn't sure, he gave me time to think about the deal and even gave me his personal phone number so that i can get connected to him quickly to let him know if I want the deal or not. He's really passionate about taking care of his customers. I got my dream car now!!! I walked out of there with a 2014 Chevy Impala 2ltz that they just received on the lot. Bob taught me how the functions of the car works, given me 2 sets of keys and even filled up the tank. All the things the first dealership should had done but didn't. He gave me a nice price for my trade in and I was able to get the car for as low as 16,000. Bob will work with your wallet to get you a car you'll love and be satisfied with. If ANYBODY is looking for a Chevy I highly recommend Reedman Toll. Ask for Bob I promise you won't be sorry!

I had a really positive experience buying a late model used Chevy Cruze. The salesperson, Kevin, was very reasonable and helpful. No hard bargain or haggling took place. They did not try to push any extras as others normally do. Very straight forward, fast and simple process. I got in and out in less than an hour with my new car and love it.

Sales was not responsive to inquires for information about vehicle and did not seem interested in the potential sale

I went in to possibly trade in my 2012 Malibu for a newer Malibu and was a little unsure what to expect. Although, I had spoken with Crystal via telephone one day prior I was still unsure how everything would work out. To my surprise I received the absolute best service I have ever received while "car shopping". I worked with Bob Ellershaw who was not only very kind but knowledgeable and worked effortlessly to get me what I wanted. Bob explained the entire process to me thoroughly and made sure that there were surprises when I went in to sign paperwork and finalize the deal with the business manager.
