Brought my new Genesis G70 in to have the 3M film...

Brought my new Genesis G70 in to have the 3M film applied. I was told it would take a half day, and dropped the car off at 10:00 AM, expecting to have the car back that afternoon. Unfortunately, while I did get a rental, it wasn't a Genesis (not a big deal, but it would've been nice), but I also received no communication that my vehicle wouldn't be done that day, or that the parts needed weren't even in. It would have been fine if I had been told when I dropped the car off, or even with a call before the service department closed that day, rather than hearing nothing back and wondering what was going on. My car also had roughly 20 more miles on it when I got it back than when I dropped it off. I'm not sure what required 20 miles of driving to apply a film.

I purchased 2017 Hyundsai Santa fe certified from...

I purchased 2017 Hyundsai Santa fe certified from Burnsville Hyundai and my usb 3 wasn’t working. I took it to Luther Bloomington but they wanted to charge me $137 dollar even though my car was certified and they refuse to give me my keys back until i pay them. I called the Burnsville location and they talked to their manager and in the end they gave me my car back and after 1 day my usb 3 stopped working. This was the worst customer service and experience I’ve ever had and I will never go back to them again. They’re crooks. I was a long term customer and the only reason I went there was it was close to where I live but I will not go back to this location again.

Oil Change, AC repair during Covid 19

Great service from Nancy. Oil change and AC repair done well. My concern is that none of the staff wore masks, there was no hand sanitizer in the service area, my car was driven into bay by service rep and he didn't wipe down steering wheel or door handle. And odd to drive it in anyhow. I had to awkwardly back out? Why not just give me the key and point me to the car?

I have worked with Andy now on two different leases, and he has been patient listening to all my concerns, and getting me swift responses to any changes that I requested. If it wasn’t for Andy’s attention to detail I may not have chosen to lease another car with Hyundai.

Repeat Customer Repeatedly Happy

We have bought two certified pre-owned Hyundais from Andy Jones at Luther Bloomington Hyundai, and are very happy with the cars. Not only do we like them, but the way we were treated, and the whole sales process was quite smooth and easy. We had let Andy know what I was looking for in a car, and he found a vehicle that was exactly what I wanted. Additionally, my wife has had service on her car done there, and it was simple for her to get an appointment, and the service was done quickly. We would recommend the dealership for sales and service needs, and see Andy for your auto needs.
