Smooth

I had to have multiple items repaired or serviced. I waited while the work was completed which was not a problem. The lounge was always nice. My service person Nancy was friendly and helpful which is always the case at this dealership.

Follow-Up on Previous Work

This dealership has probably seen too much of me, but they are fantastic so I will keep going back!! I was told back in March that if I came back to have a problem fixed from a previous misdiagnosis that they would do the fix for free, and they followed through! I am very happy with the customer service and the work done at this dealership! I live up in Blaine, but spend a lot of time in Richfield, so it's really only convenient to go here about 25% of the time, but I always find a way to get my car to Bloomington for work now!

Love my Santa Fe Sport

This is the only vehicle that I have purchased more than once. I’m over 60 and have had lots of great vehicles. Really enjoy the drive and the value of what I get for less than some higher end makes, well it just doesn’t compare. Have worked with Tracy 2 times and both experiences were great. Highly recommend Hyundai and Luther.

Great service experience

Drop off went smooth and Carleen kept me posted via IM on the estimate, progress and completion. My car was ready ahead of schedule and under the cost estimate. Very painless service experience.

Urgent service

My air conditioner was not working and Luther was able to get me in the same day to repair. When the temps were in the nineties, this was much appreciated.

Knowledgeable and fast service!

I just signed my first lease on a vehicle with Luther and was thoroughly impressed with the team here. They worked with me to get a great deal, they were knowledgeable through all steps in the process, and it all went very quickly. I'd definitely recommend buying or leasing here!
