Luther Bloomington Hyundai

I had to have multiple items repaired or serviced. I waited while the work was completed which was not a problem. The lounge was always nice. My service person Nancy was friendly and helpful which is always the case at this dealership.

This dealership has probably seen too much of me, but they are fantastic so I will keep going back!! I was told back in March that if I came back to have a problem fixed from a previous misdiagnosis that they would do the fix for free, and they followed through! I am very happy with the customer service and the work done at this dealership! I live up in Blaine, but spend a lot of time in Richfield, so it's really only convenient to go here about 25% of the time, but I always find a way to get my car to Bloomington for work now!

This is the only vehicle that I have purchased more than once. I’m over 60 and have had lots of great vehicles. Really enjoy the drive and the value of what I get for less than some higher end makes, well it just doesn’t compare. Have worked with Tracy 2 times and both experiences were great. Highly recommend Hyundai and Luther.

Josh is a good sales rep. He is knowledgeable , helpful and made the sales experience pleasant. He was able to answer and clearly explain all my questions. ,

Drop off went smooth and Carleen kept me posted via IM on the estimate, progress and completion. My car was ready ahead of schedule and under the cost estimate. Very painless service experience.

I needed to bring the car in for service and was able to get a same day appointment and get the service completed quickly and within the estimated time.

The dealership called and my vehicle had a recall. Set up an appointment and the work was completed in a timely manner, just as the ti.me estimated

My air conditioner was not working and Luther was able to get me in the same day to repair. When the temps were in the nineties, this was much appreciated.

overall the service department was a great experience. The team did a great job in keeping me in formed of the cars progress and when it would be done!
