I cannot praise Jason and the entire team at Northampton

I cannot praise Jason and the entire team at Northampton Volkswagen enough!! They went above and beyond to get me into my Atlas. I am so in love with it! Jason was so helpful and supportive through the entire process. He’ll make you laugh, too! If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, Jason is the guy you need :)

Absolutely terrible experience DO NOT GO HERE.

Absolutely terrible experience DO NOT GO HERE. Not only Did they forget about my car in the part they ordered for it for over 11 days, but they wouldn’t return my calls and Had the vehicle for over a month For a three hour job. They called me initially and lied about the price that it would cost and told me because it was an outbound call it was not recorded So they couldn’t even prove whether I told them to even start working on the vehicle or not. They acted like they were doing me a favor honoring a coupon that was MINE in the first place and applicable. They also promised to speak with a manager and call back same day and didn’t so when we showed up to pick the car up and the woman who promised already left we couldn’t even take the car home and had to drive all the way back out the next day. Several people dropped the ball on this not just one and acting like they were doing me a favor by lowering the price down to the original invoice I was told after literally forgetting about me and the entire inconvenience is absolutely unacceptable I will never be returning and will never buy another Volkswagen and that’s a shame because I have two GTIs that need servicing often, I will be going elsewhere even if it’s a long drive at least the drive can’t take a month and lie to me.

I recently purchased a brand new 2024 Volkswagen Jetta

I recently purchased a brand new 2024 Volkswagen Jetta from Jason Leclair, and the entire experience was amazing! Jason was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. He made sure I understood all the features of the car and answered all my questions with ease. I absolutely love my new Jetta! It's everything I hoped for and more. Thank you, Jason, for making this such a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

There's a legendary tire story regarding Nordstrom that

There's a legendary tire story regarding Nordstrom that illustrates how to do customer service the right way. Unfortunately, NoHo VW appears to 'talk the talk', but refuses to 'walk the walk'. The fails included 1) a major misdiagnosis (e.g., they claimed my ECM was bad) that would have made my car only operable for local driving - potentially for months - as a new part is unavailable nationwide with no ETA, 2) a refusal to acknowledge, no less reimburse me for the misdiagnosis - and let's not even get into the many hours spent searching for a used part and driving to my VW dealer of record (I recently returned to the Pioneer Valley) 90 miles away multiple times, 3) a complete unwillingness to help resolve the problem using a used part (same part #, same model, year, and configuration) - something VW Westborough was happy to do - an action that led to a different (and successful) diagnosis (it was a bad fuel pump) and had my car fully functioning within 18 hours, 4) and a complete lack of follow-up from everyone who was sent detailed emails, including the Service Advisor, the Service Manager, and the owner of the dealership. As someone who has owned high-end (Passat W8, Passat 3.6L AWD, CC 3.6L AWD) Volkswagen cars for 20 years I've never had such a horrific experience with a VW Dealership - and the management at NoHo VW don't seem to care.

Jason made a great walk around video for me when I

Jason made a great walk around video for me when I inquired about the 2024 Atlas. The diamond stitched leather sport seat really sold me. This is my 4th car from Jason.
