I cannot praise Jason and the entire team at Northampton Volkswagen enough!! They went above and beyond to get me into my Atlas. I am so in love with it! Jason was so helpful and supportive through the entire process. He’ll make you laugh, too! If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, Jason is the guy you need :)

I wish I could write a glowing recommendation but I

I wish I could write a glowing recommendation but I faced nothing but challenges. If I hadn't wanted this specific car so much, I would not have even finished the purchase. This dealership has serious problems with follow through and communication, both with customers and amongst themselves. I received multiple apologies for the many issues I faced, including the car not being serviced before I bought it so I had to bring it in, waiting over a week for them to fix the title, and promising one type of financing and then forcing me into a last minute loan. There were no tangible remedies or compensation for my troubles.
