Overall, we were happy with our experience with VW Northampton. The only reason we are not rating it as excellent is due to our experience with the service manager, which was not good. However, we cannot say enough great things about our salesperson Rachel Cappella! She was super attentive and really cared that we found the car we loved! She was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Loved working with her! We also appreciated the help we received from Melanie, who showed us the ins and outs of the car we chose and was also very available and helpful with any post-sales questions. These two ladies made our experience at VW Northampton wonderful and they would be the reason we would consider coming back to purchase another car here.

Rachel is very kind she greeted us and made us feel welcomed right away. From finding out what we were lokking for to pull up what seemed to be the right car. Everything was seamless, when it came time for number she showed me the value in the car price and i couldnt agree more. Very happy, we will be back next time around.

This is the first time I have ever purchased a car from a dealership. My experience was easy and great. I was looking through the used cars and Grant greeted me. He pointed out different models and when I saw one I liked he asked me if I wanted to drive it. A Jetta TDI. I liked it and we talked a little about price. I had an older trade and was offered a fair price for it. We got to a price and payment I could afford and made a deal. Northampton Volkswagen got me financing and now I have a Jetta TDI. I would recommend these guys for sure.

I was nit getting a VW i hated the look of the bug and the jetta. Brandon suggested i look at the tiguan, small on the outsude big on the inside. Showed me all the great feature it had to off right for me. Not too much but just enough. Knowledgable for sure and treated with respect from start to finish i will be back the for my next VW.

I prefer to buy local when I can. Especially when it’s a substantial purchase like an automobile. But I need to feel I am being treated fairly and that my business is appreciated. Walk-in customer. Rachel was easy-going, authentic, and professional. Rachel was able to quickly get keys and plate ready for a vehicle which we test drove and then later negotiate a purchase for.
