The buying process went very smoothly. They were very prepared - none of the sales rep going back and forth to some office to get permission for this or that.

First off my husband and I only went through with the sale because we couldn’t find the vehicle we wanted anywhere els, but the experience we had here with the owners son Josh Webb was terrible when we made the deal he shook my husbands hand and said “finally” I thought that was absolutely disrespectful. Especially because this was an easy sale he didn’t have to even show us a car. We came in knew exactly what we wanted it all just came down to making a deal and what was going to work with our finances at the end of the day. When it was all said and done the original payment that we calculated on our own was the one that actually came out to be not the one he showed us. I am a huge believer on experience and I would never recommend someone to this dealership specifically on the way he just did not care about even selling us a car. Both times my husband interacted with him he just did not want to be there and he made that very clear. The guy in finance (forgot his name) was nice and pleasant he made up for some of it but I would say our experience with Josh was so terrible I don’t think anything would of made up for it.

We recently bought a truck here as well as having two vehicles serviced. Now that I’ve found them, it will be our go to Chevy dealership! Jamie Johnson is my girl for sales. She’s real and made the whole process super easy. I didn’t feel like I was dealing with a typical car salesman. If you need service, ask to work with Megan! She’s the best!

John Anderson was the best salesperson I've had the pleasure of dealing with in my life. He was very knowledgeable and super-fast. 5 stars all the way. If you want a easy transparent car deal I highly recommend you ask for him upon arrival. You'll thank me later.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! After working with them for over a week, I drove my son over 3hrs (one way). To go pick up his dream truck, his first truck. (a 2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD) I canceled my fishing trip to be able to take my son. On Friday, we contacted them to make sure the truck is still available, it is. We get there early on Saturday morning only to be told the truck had been sold out from under us!! Then to top it off, they said they would reimburse a small amount for my fuel and our wasted time. They said the it would be in the mail the following Monday. It has been two months now and I have seen nothing, all I have gotten is a different excuses as to why it has not been mailed yet. I assume I will not be receiving it. I’m not going to talk trash about the individuals, however I will say this place seems similar to the stereotypical, deceitful dealerships and salesman you see on tv or hear your family talk about…. I have given up on “being reimbursed”. Use cation if you choose to work with them, however, I would highly suggest you go to a different dealership, there are plenty of other options locally. I told Bob I had a crazy schedule and preferred to do as much of the buying process over the phone or online as possible. He got me a very fair price for my trade-in and made the entire process smooth, stress free, enjoyable, and easy. (THANK YOU, BOB!!! I love my new truck!)

Very friendly, no pressure sale people. Large assortment to select from. Sales lot is tucked back in a cul-de-sac, but easily accessible from the main highway and streets.
