Charles in service was very helpful. As a "walkin," I was there to get an oil change and he explained that some additional inspections were available to me at no charge. The service was performed more quickly than I had expected and he was very pleasant to work with, explaining the results of the detailed inspection, which was printed out and given to me. He had the car washed and vacuumed and I was on my way in no time! Overall, an excellent experience and I will ask for Charles again when I need service in the future!
