Just picked up my new 2025 Ram Laramie from Kendall dodge, chrystler, jeep, ram and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The entire team was professional, friendly, and made the process smooth from start to finish. They answered all my questions, gave me a fair deal, and had me driving off in my new truck faster than I expected. Dropped my vehicle on Thursday, August 21, 2025 at 7:30am. George was very attentive and professional. Told me my car would be in the shop for about a week regarding the factory recall. George reminded me to get my sunpass which is very important. I was set up with the alternative transportation person and that was a smooth transition to get a rental vehicle.

I had good experiences in the past visits, but during

I had good experiences in the past visits, but during this last one was very frustrating. The Jeep was more than a month in the services department, I didn’t receive any update until I went to the dealer several times . I picked up my Jeep a week ago, and my Jeep stills has issues, I visited the dealer last Saturday and nobody was available to check my issues . Very frustrating and disappointing because I am paying for a lease and the Jeep is always with problems . I and my family don’t feel safe driving a Jeep under this conditions.
