I have an extended warranty and came with my problem to
I have an extended warranty and came with my problem to your service. I was hoping for mutual cooperation but your manager interacted with me without any enthusiasm. For my questions regarded when the car will be inspected he answered “I don’t know. Maybe 1-2 weeks. If you want leave your car, if not you can go other service…” I left my car, because I had no other choice, the car was leaking oil and didn’t want to risk and drive to other service. Is this your service? Is it appropriate saying “I don’t know” ? Additionally, I asked to replace my car with other car while my car is under repair as far as I have RentalCare in my warranty. But you didn’t replace it referring that I should wait inspection. Where is the logic of the RentalCare if you bypass it saying that inspection will be no one knows when. I totally regret that I bought my car from Jeep and had awful experience with service.
