Do not buy car
Found the car on cars.com. Sales person did not show up for test drive. So others were happy to help then found out the vehicle and price then they were too busy. Then said the price on cars.com wasn’t the price. Then after discowith sales managers they honored the price. Find out that the inspection they do on vehicles isn’t nothing. Got pulled over on way home for no working tail lights. Then car over heats. Come to find out the whole cooing system was bad and had to be replaced. My mechanic find Do things not plugged in like the ac pump since it doesn’t work. Then sale person states well the price of the vehicle we don’t run it through the shop it would cost too much! Never buy a vehicle here!

Follow up
So far no follow up and quality control of demo truck. I pick up the truck no washer fluid the truck only has 36% left for a oil change. I am from the older generation so computer programming not my strong suit thank God my daughter is the training Ford pass not very good. I now have had the truck for couple weeks the fit and finish is not the best has a small dent in the hood from underneath the ford embel is coming off.

Fast service
I have bought and leased many vehicles in my time. Never have I been in and out of dealership in under 4 hours. Yesterday I was driving off the lot with my new truck in under 2 hours. Great job.

Sold car from under me!!
I stopped in to check out a used car on their lot...liked it, but there was an issue with the car (convertible top would not operate!). Kyle (Salesman) said he would have the shop check it out and call me with an update...Next day I received a text from Nathan Bloodworth (New Car Manager) letting me know the car was still in the shop getting checked out, but he would contact me the next day with an update. After not hearing back for two days, Nathan FINALLY responded with a matter-of-fact comment that they sold the car!!!!

Worst car buying experience EVER!
We recently purchased a vehicle from Baxter Ford South. The agreed upon price was not honored on the paperwork and when we went back to have it corrected, it still took another trip to the dealership to finally get it refunded. It still took another two weeks after that to actually get the refund. We cancelled the service contract two days after the purchase and are still trying to get that straightened out nearly 2 months later. We only received one key fob with the vehicle and were told only one was turned in by the previous owner which turned out to be incorrect. In checking with that owner, he assured us both key fobs were turned in as it was a leased vehicle and he would have been fined so just another example of their dishonesty. The previous owner also noted he had to make numerous trips to the dealership to get his paperwork correct. One should be very way of attempting to do any business with this dealership.

WORST PLACE EVER
This place is a legit scam!! What there doing is illegal, it takes no more than 3 days to get denied or aproved for a vehicle, they had told me I was aproved within the couple of hours i was there, I left with everything I thought I was supposed to be leaving with, this was my first car so I clearly should have went with a financial advisor first instead of involving them after, Jason and Andy from Baxter ford south called me 14 days later around there closing time telling me I was denied and needed a cosigner, called the next morning at least 4 times left a voicemail for each of them and didn’t hear back from them til 4:30 that day, they then told me I needed a cosigner or they would come get the car. I was not shown or mailed a denial letter within the 10 days that they legally had, I have the paperwork and come to find out they are doing completely illegal Stuff!! Never will i ever recommend anyone to Baxter ever, literally the WORST ever. Can’t wait to get a hold of a consumer law firm! I bet Baxter will be happy and treat a customer with actual legal service then.

After you buy they don't care!

I have spoken to the receptionist, the salesman, and both used car managers. They never call you back and if you are lucky enough to get one of them on the phone they just say "it's in the mail!" Well its been in the mail for 4 months and I still don't have it. Take my advise buy from a small local dealer these boys don't care!
