Tried sending two text messages regarding a car I was interested in and never heard back from them. Apparently they either don’t read their messages or can’t be bothered. One was a direct text to them and the other was through Car Gurus.

A slow leak tire fix turned into a 3.
A slow leak tire fix turned into a 3.5 hour ordeal and then was told it couldn’t be repaired and we needed to get a new tire. They are very slow and their time management is inefficient. Why have 2 mechanics working on one oil change or rotation?

Went for issues . From Ontario Canada . Fit us in within a day. Did repairs, recalls and found other issues. Truck is only 2 months old and they were fantastic to work us in.

Avoid this Dealership at all costs
Do Not Buy a Car or Service your vehicle here. The customer service is beyond horrible. The service manager Eddie Kent does not care at all about helping customers. I drive a Electric Fiat and my car was towed to Winter Haven Fiat for a battery failure, Service Manager is Brad in Winter Haven. The car was towed before the warranty expired. Unfortunately the key was lost during the process and took longer then usual to diagnose. The mechanic did not have the ability to service electric cars so was towed to Posner Fiat. Posner Fiat now has the car in there possession after the warranty is expired and refused to assist in anyway. Even though Fiat Winter Haven was able to verify the diagnosis and have proof car was towed to Fiat before warranty expired then towed to another Fiat dealership. Seeked a attorney and we called Fiat corporate who then offered 50% of costs up front now and with further documentation and review would cover 100%. When Isaac (Case Manager for Fiat Corporate) got in touch with Eddie Kent to offer payment assistance he refused to service the vehicle. Absolutely avoid this place at all costs
