We bought a Jeep Wrangler from Posner Park and everyone there was very nice and helpful. Though it did take quite a long time, Joe, our sales rep, was very apologetic and tried to make our wait more comfortable.

My wud Fe got bad news on our car. Jackie, who sold us the car years ago, was right there and helped her find the right replacement vehicle. She worked with me remotely to secure financing on our new Gladiator Rubicon. The entire staff worked flawlessly and made my die feel very relaxed throughout the entire process.

DO NOT use Posner Jeep in Davenport Fl.
DO NOT use Posner Jeep in Davenport Fl. We purchased our Wagoneer from this dealership. They promise you the Moon and Stars when you’re purchasing of course. They promise you when service is needed they will come pick it up and bring a Wagoneer for me to use while they are servicing my vehicle. We’ll make it as convenient for you as possible. But when the time comes and you’re sitting one hour, two hours, three hours, four hours later, and nothing. I am livid and the general manager Paul Steel won’t even take the time to pick up the phone and speak with you. That’s pretty pretty sad. And when the service manager Eddie Kent is a complete and utter jerk, and doesn’t seem to understand why you’re completely and utterly frustrated when the car has been scheduled since Thursday and they have had no communication with and you’re calling them on Monday morning until after 11 o’clock and they still tell you, “we have other customers”. I don’t fault them on having other customers. The problem is they had information that they were not willing to share and to communicate to their customer that they were not going to be able to meet the needs they promised originally and now I’m they one sitting and inconvenienced. It’s just bad customer service. Now we are having to be inconvenienced our self for a second day because this crappy dealership can’t do what they promised. I can not recommend anyone to use them in good faith. It’s very sad at this point. I love my Wagoneer and I am beyond frustrated. DO NOT use this dealership to buy a vehicle.

Worst Jeep Dealership

Seriously??
I went in for a connect box error message that stated connect box error requires service. Please see an authorized dealer. They looked at it and told me their is no fix for that yet and they couldn’t give me anymore information. The car is under warranty still so basically they did nothing.

2 weeks to get an oil change when they have expres
service not very good have to wait 2 weeks for an oil change is poor service since they have a express oil change lane then they tried to send me to winterhaven for the service stay away
