Went to this dealership from KBB.com to sell my car and claim my KBB Instant Cash offer. They had no knowledge of the online offer and immediately gave a bait and switch offer $2500 lower than the Instant Cash offer. Buyer beware if you use this procedure to sell your car.

⭐ 1 Star – Instant Cash Offer Process The online offer I received seemed fair, but once I arrived at Posner Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT, the amount and terms changed without clear explanation. The lack of transparency and consistency was disappointing. I expected a professional, straightforward experience and did not feel that those expectations were met.Manager was rude and recountered his initial offer.
