Took a long time to get the V60 Cross Country I wanted.

Took a long time to get the V60 Cross Country I wanted. In all fairness it was caught up in the dock confusion after the crash of the bridge near Baltimore. All through the waiting time Cedric kept us informed and assured that it would arrive. Picked it up yesterday and was treated with utmost courtesy and professionalism. One staff member spent nearly an hour explaining the many new features since my former 2014 Volvo. The business end went smoothly and respectfully . All in all it was an excellent experience. . They even gave us a great recommendation for lunch.

Big thumbs down.

Big thumbs down. My wife took her Volvo in and requested an oil change. Long Volvo of Chattanooga charged $250 of xx fees stating they performed a 30k interval checkup. Neither my wife nor I approved anything other than an oil change. They clearly took advantage of a lady.

I test drove several cars yesterday and ended up back at Chattanooga Volvo to get the exact vehicle that suited me! Zach A. was an amazing salesman from beginning to end, although the car sold itself. He was friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgable, and engaging without high pressure. The rest of the staff was the same way and both my son and I were impressed with our experience.

WOW - MR VOLVO/JAMES MONROE is AWESOME!

James Monroe aka MR VOLVO - went above and beyond for me on my Volvo XC90 T6 Inscription. Having been in high end medical sales for one 20 years, it takes a lot to WOW me. I rarely write reviews. James lives up to his name, "MR VOLVO". He loves the product and it shows. We will recommend him to all our friends!THANK YOU JAMES!

Zach was a great salesman & he knows his stuff on electric cars. He is able to answer any questions and did not have to look them up. Extremely knowledgeable and grit!

I traded a car I had recently bought that I was unhappy

I traded a car I had recently bought that I was unhappy with. They sold it for $13,000 more than they gave me on trade. I disputed the amount for my trade in and was told by Eddie the sales manager the banks would not loan more for someone who wanted to purchase. Yet they sold it for $13,000 more than they gave me. I understand they need to make money but that was excessive. I was completely taken advantage of. Females stay alway they obviously take advantage of females alone buying cars. I bought a brand new Volvo there and had to take it back in for new rotors right after buying it. A new car. I took it in for service to find out the service department is a joke. I got back in my blonde interior car to find grease all over the console and steering wheel. Volvo of Chattanooga is a VERY poorly ran business that takes advantage of people. I don’t know how they sleep.

Great service and the staff is very professional.

Great service and the staff is very professional. Wayne Slocumb is my sales rep and never hesitates to answer questions about my Volvo. I would buy another Volvo from this dealership with no hesitation.
