First, Phil found me the impossible to find truck. Other Ford dealers wouldn?t even take a paid order, saying it would be years out. Phil got one from Ford and put the keys in my hands in under a month! 3 minutes of paperwork online from home and that?s it. No fuss. No hassle. No add-on sales. I was done the moment I walked in the door! We spent a few minutes talking about cars and family and Harleys. Just hanging out. Everyone at the dealership is so nice. Even picked me up at the airport, 45 minutes away. I?ve bought lots of vehicles in my life, several just this year, and this was by far the easiest and just honestly enjoyable. Very pleased with the process. We didn't have to wait for anything and there was no pressure. Jim was the salesman that we worked with. He was extremely knowledgeable and wanted to ensure we were happy with our decision.

I bought a cheap car from this dealer and was treated as such. I forgot to bring my code reader and relied on the to tell me what error codes the car had and they were completely wrong. Disappointing at best. I bought the car as is/where is and didn?t ask for any discount, so when I didn?t receive the promised second set of keys I would have thought it would have been a priority to get them to me. I don?t have them and that is unbelievably annoying, the good news is I need a super heavy duty truck for my work and I won?t be buying it from them, sometimes what you don?t tell people is more important than what you do tell them.
