The personnel at Prestige (PCM) were very friendly and excellent group of people. They are considerate and cooperative. They take the time to explain their cars. A very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I would buy a car from them again when in need of a used car.

Great customer service from Prestige Certified Motors, I was happy with my first car which I got from here, however it was stolen after a year and now I came back and they helped me get a new 2010 Charger which I love and I am very happy with it. I called about a vehicle that I was interested in. It was on the high end of my price range. The man told me that I was looking for something for nothing and that other vehicles I was looking at were bad because probably their mileage was very high and that I wasn't going to find a good car like what I wanted unless I wanted to spend more money. I said that I had found a good many cars that were in my price range and had what I was looking for. He assured me I wouldn't find it. His whole tone was condescending and rude. I was appalled and wouldn't buy the last car on earth from these people.
