Poor communication

Found a vehicle online. Received immediate response to my inquiry but little after that. Tried all day to contact them to put a deposit on the vehicle and received no reply from the salesperson I had been in contact with. Finally resorted to submitting a generic request through the general inquiry feature on the site and then got a rude email back from the original salesperson that they sold the vehicle that day. I vocalized my concern that I had been trying to get ahold of them all day to put a deposit on it and I had wanted it (we had several previous discussions in the days leading up) and the salesperson sent me back a very rude email blaming me when he was the one who was blowing me off all day. Guess they didn't want my money that bad. Decided not to look at any other vehicles they had due to that horrible attitude and bought a great vehicle elsewhere.

We always welcome deposit over the phone to our prospective buyers, however the customer who is ready to stop by in person and buy the car based on availability is 1st on our list and I am sorry you feel that way. We do not have any reason to ignore any of our customers whether it is a phone call or email. GREAT Experience for buying my Jeep Wrangler

My first used car buying experience was...FANTASTIC. I always bought new cars, but wanted a used Jeep Wrangler as a weekend/fun/bad weather vehicle. I had been looking at used Wrangler's for about two months and when I saw the Wrangler on cars.com, I contacted Prestige and dealt with Temor. Temor was incredibly accommodating, flexible, and very direct. The Jeep was in very good condition and quite honestly, priced very competitively versus similar wranglers. After test driving it, Temor was very straightforward about pricing and actually worked with me a bit on the price. I was very happy with what we negotiated. Here's the part that said a lot to me: the soft top looked fine to me upon inspection, but Temor pointed out that it could probably use a new top, so he went ahead and ordered it anyway. Oh, he also replaced the front brake rotors for good measure. I dealt with a lot of individual sellers and used car dealers...Temor was hands down the most responsive and straightforward in my opinion. I would and will highly recommend Prestige and Temor.

Certified? Don't believe it!

My son bought a used BMW. They made us a deal but refused to give us a warranty. 2 months and $2,200 worth of repairs later and the car still hasn't passed MD. inspection. BUT - according to the dealer it passed inspection in VA. with no problems just 3 months ago. Don't buy from these guys, but if you must - do not walk out of there without a warranty. Have the car seen by a mechanic right away - and not the guy the dealer recommends. Very bad. And I have 3 other children who are looking for cars - we'll never go back there.

Each state has their own requirements and we cannot control any out of state inspection results. As stated clearly on our site we are a CARFAX Certified Dealer Not a specific Make and Model Certified Dealer. Additionally, we advertise that most of our cars come with a 3 month powertrain warranty at our low asking price and extended warranty is also available at a very good rate. Way to Go

I recently purchased a 2003 BMW 525i from Prestige Certified Motors. I had an awesome experience. I first called and spoke with Temor over the phone and he gave me great customer service and made me feel at ease about coming to the dealership. Once I arrived I continued to receive great customer service. He was very honest with me about the vehicle, and made my car buying experience a good one. I trade my 03 Jaguar to them and got the offer I was happy with.

lousy service

This guy was rude, told me that his son was driving the advertised car that I wanted to see and refused to make the car available for me to see--his son is too busy driving it! I wasted my time going there--he refused to spend time with me and said he was too busy to show me 3-4 models that I was interested in. I would not ever return to this place--really poor customer service and I told him so.

Poor Sale man

I was calling to ask about the car. cause on the other website said different. But found out person who pick up the phone was insulting me by looking down my lanuage and don't know the word " SOLD " and said congratution your lanuage has improve. If the person was on the phone like that I don't expect their going to give me a good service when i'm their.
