If you care about your car, you have never had service done at this location. After leaving this location, we got a big bill and took our car elsewhere because of the attitude and disrespect we encountered at the Teddy Volkswagen Bronx. The service advisers are so incompetent and rude that you wouldn’t want to leave your vehicle there. The new Service manager, Michael, is as inept as his crew. Go to Manhattan or Brooklyn!

I had an outstanding experience at Teddy Volkswagen in the Bronx. I worked with Marco Buritica, Homero, and Carlos V to get a recall on the driver’s side airbag fixed, and their service was nothing short of exceptional. Each of them was exceedingly helpful, attentive, and patient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. From the moment I arrived, they took the time to explain everything clearly, ensured I was comfortable, and kept me informed throughout the process. Additionally, I had a concern about a rear light issue, and one of the service workers went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. Not only did they take the time to diagnose the problem, but they also provided clear explanations and potential solutions without any pressure. It’s rare to find such genuine care and dedication in a service department, and I was truly impressed by their willingness to go the extra mile. WARNING STAY FAR AWAY
WARNING WARNING WARNING BEWAREW THEY ARE CROOKS. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE. 1st they sold me a passat diesel, we know what vw did with them, I HATED driving that car once I knew I was polluting my kids and grandkids air, all because they wanted to make more money, i couldnt sell it and i hated driving it It took them about 18 months to take that piece of crap off my hands. Then Teddy tricked me into buying a car that was a rental. I dont know how they did that, if they had any ETHICS they would have told me up front. but not at this place. I didnt buy an extended warranty. 1st the drivers door wouldnt open from the outside 400.00 and never fixed right, rack and pinion, thousands, alternator, 1500, from fan 900. many others. I have all the bills. I even had to take our Sunbit loan from the dealer ( so they make even more) they painted the car, I guess it was in an accident, I didnt know after 2 years the car was multi colored all the paint faded differently, I have the pics. they saw it and di absolutely nothing ( they were laughing I am sure ) I had to junk it. AND TEDDY, I will post this everywhere i can. Anyone, hit me up and I will show you the pics and the bills. STAY AWAY

I went there this morning and was told a part has to be ordered from Germany which could take two weeks. I explained I was going out of town and may not be able to pick up my car if it does take two weeks. I received an email from you which says if I don’t pick up the car 24 hours after repair I can be charged $50 a day. I immediately called and told them I cannot afford that. I am a senior citizen Who is on a fixed income. When I called I was told the fee would be waived if I do have to leave it there. I would like to have this in writing just in case my car has to be left. Please expedite this so it is not an issue and I can have my car back before I leave town. Thank you Donna Bergin

They made me drive 1.5h to be "First come first serves" to put a deposit for MSRP price and when I arrived there, they made up in my face that there was another customer offering $4500 more. Pure fantasy. This is a quite small dealership does not look very nice plus testdriving a car in the Bronx is not good to get a proper feel of the car. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealership. I worked with Cheesily on the phone, then with Corey in person who verified in front of me on his computer that there was no deposit on the car as she said, and then the sales manager Sincere who made up this customer that generously offered $4500. Really his name is Sincere, now I get it.

I reported them and will be taking them to small claims court. I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND THE MANAGER IS A LIAR AND THE STAFF FOLLOWS SO TRUST ME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!. I will be reporting them to other places as well, this is just the beginning! Just please don’t waste your time. For those who want to BUY they will give you a figure and turn around with different numbers before you sign so just RUN! Do not sign!

1 star because they are not clear I had a deal with Jasmine for lease a car with 12000 miles per year and she told me the car not used ,, after paid the insurance and the down payment I saw in the contract 10,000 miles I asked her manager told me if I want 12000 Miles have to pay $10 more..plus they told me the car is New not used but I noticed the car is used with 4108 Miles before I used it and I found plastic cups in a spare tire area... Also the car has some scratches. I tried to call the manger many times but no answer.
