My day at Teddy VW was very well spent. Salesman Frank was by far the best and did a very good job taking us on our road test and going through every process in getting us into our Pre-certified 2012 Jetta. Even though it wasn't my first VW car, and as cold as it was that night, Delivery Team member William also did a good job in attempting to hook up my phone to my Bluetooth and also streaming it to the Bluetooth audio. He also explained the features of the car and I must say I was very appreciative. Great job Teddy Volkswagen and keep up the good work. I am a recently college student and I went to Teddy Volkswagen to find a vehicle to help me travel and get around. I met one of the associates ( Desiree Greer) and she was very resourceful when I asked her about some of the vehicles and their facts. She was very sincere and put me in the right direction. Her customer service is out standing and I would totally recommend anyone to her dealership because her excellent service as well as her wonderful advice about vehicles can really help people with their future car choices.

I saw an used online, I called Teddy Volkswagen to inquire about a preowned car. Desiree ensured that the vehicle was in stock. I told her I would be there be there by 5 o clock to see the vehicle. Coming from upstate Ny, got stuck in traffic and called the dealership and explained the situation. They were closing at 7, Desiree and her manager Brian stayed until I came. Great Customer service, can't say thank you enough. Didn't waste my time.

Car shopping is not a pleasant thing to do especially with children went to teddy vw and they made me and my family feel so comfortable we we're looking around and the kids were jumping in the cars and my wife was telling them to calm down and she was getting frustrated my sales person Desiree got them teddy bears and snacks even had my little one in a beetle taking pictures she never rushed us she was patient and we are now enjoying our new Passat
