The grounds were immaculately kept.

The grounds were immaculately kept. The dealership was clean & comfortable. The indoor temperature was just right. We were offered a bottle of water. The whole buying experience was actually pleasant instead of leaving & feeling like you had just had all your teeth pulled. Definitely a dealership to return to.

My visit to Honda of Fayetteville was a blessing--even

My visit to Honda of Fayetteville was a blessing--even tho it was unexpected and I did not think odds were good for positive outcomes. J.J. was my service advisor. It did not take long to see that he was honest AND he knew his job well. Great communication and could answer all the questions needed to determine the best plan. Upon investigation, he presented needed actions and made it possible for me to continue my journey from Hot Springs to Kansas City. As a bonus, he contacted me the next day and made it possible to pick up my vehicle on a Sunday and make it home on time. I was able to make the right contacts, and look forward to my next visit with Honda of Fayetteville. I am enjoying the new turbo booster in my old Honda!

The service department is efficient and all employees are

The service department is efficient and all employees are pleasant. My only disappointment was dealing with the financial guy as he apparently never set me up with a payment schedule. Then got unfriendly notices from Honda financial that I was behind on payments-two notices plus I got reported to a credit agency. I’ve mentioned this in other comments and never received a reply. I don’t expect your department will act any differently. I’ll reconsider purchasing from Honda of Fayetteville in the future. I also paid off the CRV on the third month of ownership. What’s up with Honda Financial?
