Old style of dealing where your salesman walks the offers back to the big office for the man to mark up your numbers. The salesperson was great, honest and worked tirelessly to get it all done. The aftermarket sales person, hard to push a product when your office is set up with all the luxuries but really nothing to show the client what the additional insurance would offer. Turn it down just a bit. Get to the customers level.
