Kim (service advisor) keeps us up to date on servicing needs for our Honda vehicles and helps look ahead toward future maintenance. With her help, we've been able to develop a longer term maintenance plan view that helps us avoids a single larger visits - and that helps the monthly budget. Thanks to Kim for her efforts!

Service experience was extremely good, and done very

Service experience was extremely good, and done very quickly. Honda however has done a huge disservice to its customers by manufacturing a vehicle with a faulty start stop system on its family vehicles. It is a safety concern that can potentially put families in danger due to its issues. While we greatly appreciate the work of the service providers we visited at Honda World of Conway; we wished we didn’t have to make this visit in the first place.

Prices for parts are ridiculously high.

Prices for parts are ridiculously high. Very disappointed in the lack of awareness on Honda’s part. It’s basically price gouging.

James has been absolutely awesome to work with and make a

James has been absolutely awesome to work with and make a deal with. He has bent over backwards to make me happy with my car purchase. Honda world has done the same. So happy I chose to purchase my Honda Pilot from Honda world. Will absolutely be referring people to James and Honda world.

Love this dealership.

Love this dealership. Have purchased a Honda from another dealership but was very unimpressed with them. After visiting Honda World in Conway have never used anyone else
