Abdul and Ted at Chicago Motors are honest, amazing people. I had a real problem with the first truck I purchased from them. Within a week of the original purchase, I was driving a replacement, new truck purchased from them. Even though I believe the truck I purchased had the problems, from the auction they purchased from, Abdul and Ted stood behind their product. They did EVERYTHING they could to make me happy, including taking the broken truck back. I have no problems now with the new truck. I am a very happy and satisfied customer. These are extremely honest people with integrity and will stand behind their product and make you happy. Buy with confidence. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Abdul and Ted at Chicago Motors Inc.

I recently purchased a 1991 Caprice 9C1 from them as a collector car, and it was a very straightforward transaction. Very nice guys, and they were honest and easy to deal with. Everything they promised, they delivered. The car is better than I expected, and I'd have no hesitation in purchasing from them again! The only thing they need is more space; their lots were packed full! Thanks guys!

These people completely misrepresent the cars they offer. I flew 600 miles to buy a Ford Crown Victoria (police interceptor). The picture was great, 21000 miles, I thought this would be the perfect car for my son. Well the car had major dents in the roof, the hood, and the trunk. No one could find the keys to this vehicle. The salesman (Ted) kept me waiting 30 minutes before he would come out and talk to me. This dealership is a junkyard of old police cars. Enter/buy at your own risk!!!!

I found the car I wanted online made a quick call the staff and spoke to Angel who was very helpful and he told me to come in that I wouldn't regret it. And he was right I had a great salesman in Lainor. I left a satisfied customer thanks to Chicago Motors.

I never write reviews but my experience with Chicago motors was so good I have to. I bought a 2007 crown vic police interceptor from them. Chris and Abdul were both very helpful and patient with me. Everyone I talked to at the dealership was very nice and helpful. Chris took good care of me and made sure we could make a deal. There was a little confusion on the vehicle at first but Abdul and Chris put me at ease and gave me confidence in the vehicle. I had to drive home to Indiana which is over a five hour drive and the car drove perfectly. I'm very impressed with the vehicle and the quality of customer service. My brother plans to purchase a charger from them in the near future. I would definitely recommend Chicago motors to someone interested in a used car. Again,Chris and Abdul were very helpful and patient with me and I could tell they made me their priority. I plan to be back in the future for other vehicles.

About as good of a car buying experience as one could have. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff that is not pushy in any sense. Great selection of cars at prices that are hard to beat.

Everyone was so helpful to me! I have a lot of anxiety issues and he helped me through it all smoothly and calmly. Elsie and Cesar were the best! Especially Cesar who was very patient and nice with my father as well who was becoming sick.

I am an out of town customer and purchased a car at Chicago Motors. I dealt with Mohammad, who was very professional and responsive to my questions and needs. The car was exactly as advertised and the entire experience was "no hassle". They worked with me to make me happy and I really appreciate their going the extra mile. It all started the other day when i called to ask if a vehicle was still available for purchase, with that being said i told id be calling back the next day to have them fax paper work on the vehicle to the bank. This is where the problems started... they were very rude and hung up on me. (for no reason) then proceeded to be rude with my bank also when they couldn't get the paperwork to fax. I will never recommend this place to anybody or wish that kind of service on any person and I will defiantly be taking my business else where. One star is too good of a review for this place.

I came to chicago motors from a friend got a car I love it and the guy that did my review was awesome the service was great the saleman barbaro is the best I told my friends and family and my friend came and got a car also.
