Conicelli Toyota

This was our fifth Toyota purch at Conicelli. Ava in sales was very knowledgeable as well as Mike in finance. Very pleasant experience!

I took my truck, Toundra, into the service department. It was my pleasure to deal with Patrick who went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was going on with my truck and when it would be ready. He gave me great customer service and it may not be fair to the other reps, but I am definitely gonna see him out next time I bring my truck in

I have been buying cars since 2019 here and my husband got his cars way before me he actually told me to come here anyways, I decided to get my dream car again and Brian Moyer was my sales person and he was phenomenal! The process was smooth and easy. Rick hauk the pre owned manager was so nice and friendly and got the car I wanted. Azi the finance manager got me approved on my own which was huge for me! I had a wonderful experience at the Conicelli Toyota of Conshohocken with their used department. Thomas, my salesperson, was incredibly kind and personable. Rick, the sales manager helped me work out the best deal possible with a reasonably priced warranty and assured me any standing issues with the vehicle I purchased would be taken care of free of charge as soon as parts were in the following week. The finance department beat my credit union pre approval rate and set me up with a fantastic payment. Overall my experience was a 10/10 and they completely rectified any issues I had previously. I will be returning for my next vehicle purchase and insisting that friends/family members start their car shopping here!

This is The Second Car I bought in 3 years. They backed my first car when it had some service work needed. Even got a rental for Free! On this Purchase Even though I was upside down on The Mercedes 300D and it needed suspension work. Brian my Sales Pro showed me 6 Different Toyota's. Spent over 4 Hours with me m, on A Saturday! Stayed late-from beginning to end, He crunched some numbers and I got a Trade number totally fair-- plus discounted Toyota Camry then I only had to come with the difference and I paid Taxes title fees plus $2000 Down. Ozzie the Finance Pro got me an awesome low interest rate- with a Big Bank. Brian even helped locate some items left behind in my Trade. Ozzie even made some adjustments after the sale to help me stay in my Budget since I'm a Disabled Veteran 69 years old-the manager allowed me to get a further Price Adjustment Check to help me . Everything They did was above and beyond any dealer! I worked in the Motorcycle Industry Dealerships and wouldn't even be able to do What Brian and Ozzie did to adjust Pricing and get me a Fantastic low mileage Premium Toyota Camry XLE! I recommend Cinicelli over ANY Dealer Anywhee

Great attention to customer needs and helped us get the matching warranty for our vehicle use. We are loyal to Toyota anyway so all the dealer needed to do was tell us the features of the vehicle and how to use, gave us an incentive with added on accessory and better than average loan rates we were good to go. I just purchased my sixth car from Conicelli Toyota in Conshohocken. As always, it was a wonderful stress- free experience. Even though my brother has 30 years in the car business and is a manager at a Toyota store only a few hours away, he always gives me his blessing buying from Conicelli. He has nothing but complements for their General Sales Manager, David Rivera. And my salesman, Paul smith always takes good care of me. Just purchased a new TRD sport Tacoma. I’ve had a few trucks in my life. This is probably my favorite Conicelli. Conshohocken is the best place to do business the sales person Darius, Dave, and the financial guy. Michael were great. Can’t say enough about the service at Conshohocken and you know folks where that comes from the top strong leadership must be some great people at the top thank you so much. I’ll see you in three years.
