Rick Basso went above and beyond to help me get just what I wanted. My husband did all the on line searches and Conicelli had the best year end sales. We went in at 6pm on 12/30, I tested two cars and drove away in the second car Rick recommend at 9pm. I just love my new Prius. No pressure a great place to do business .

My experience at conicelli Toyota in Conshohocken was wonderful. My experience started on their website. Their website is easy to navigate, if you have questions you can chat with a person who will answer any of your questions. If the person you are chatting with does not have an answer they will ask for your phone number and will call back with all the information. I was in dire need of a car since my car broke down and I could not get to work. I applied through the website and within 24 hours I knew I was approved. I received an email from Colby Stellabott introducing himself and letting me know he would be able to help me. I called him and made an appointment. Once I entered the dealership I was impressed; the dealership is clean, the people are friendly, and I was immediately approached and asked if I had an appointment. Mr. Stellabott came right out and the process began. Mr. Stellabott made buying a car seem so easy. He asked what I was looking for in a car, and how much I wanted to spend a month. The day I was there it was freezing cold and I was not looking forward to walking around a car lot. Mr. Stellabott brought the car to me. The first car I looked at was like looking at a dream, as though he was in my head and knew exactly what I wanted. He sent me on a test drive, and when I came back I said where do I sign. When I returned back to the dealership with the car, Mr. Stellabott already had the numbers figured out. All that was left was giving my down payment and signing on the dotted line. I highly recommend this dealership. They are a first class operation. Thank you Conicelli for selling me my dream car.

I have purchased my 10th car from Conicelli recently, and as always it is a pleasant experience. Most recently purchased my 2nd Toyota Avalon hybrid and love that car. Exceptional quality and it does not look like a hybrid.

bought a used car from them. the next day the engine light came on. i take it there 40 minutes away. they run the code need to order a cat. 6 after taking a few months to decide to buy aftermarket or the manufacturer part they say one day install. drop it off at 9am get a call at 4pm not ready they broke a stud. the next day at 5pm the car is done. i pick it up my 3rd tail light is loose and not working? my engine light now blinks and the car wont get out of its own way. they put 18 miles on the car? i called and left a vm about the tailight etc n return call (dave service) just an all around bad experience. still working on getting the car fixed to run right now that my warranty is up ill be stuck holding the bag. thanks conicelli! partially my fault need to be a smarter buyer. lesson learned.

Ray and his team of Casey Cooney and Jonathan Campo were great to work with. They made it easy to try several vehicles and proposed various financial options. They were extremely responsive and we never felt that we were being "high pressured" to make a decision. We drove a Venza, new RAV4 and finally settled on a new 2015 Camry. After 2 days we are happy with our decision for another Toyota. I would highly recommend Conicelli Toyota.

I recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Sienna XLE AWD from this dealership. I have purchased several new cars in my lifetime, but I must say that this was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had. Our salesman, Erik Stiteler, was very patient and informative about the vehicle. He arranged to have the exact vehicle we wanted in from Toyota and it was exactly what we expected! He could not have done anything more for us, and for that I am appreciative that Toyota employees such a professional and knowledgeable employee. Thank you again!

Being a student and struggling with financing for the past few years coming here was by far the easiest place I've ever made major purchase. I was greeted with smiles and warm hugs by everyone.
