I had a great experience with Conicelli. Bill Ferguson and his manager Ray went out of their way to find me the Tundra I wanted. They actually had it shipped up from West Virginia! When it comes to price they simply cannot be beat. Feel free to shop the other dealerships and when you know what you want to spend on the vehicle, visit with Bill and Ray. They will get it done. Their focus is on volume. Based on the great deal they gave me, I understand why they are the number one volume dealership in PA. They want to move cars, period.

"Lacked Full Disclosure, wasted trip, ,"
I was specific in my requirements for my auto search ? interior / exterior color, model year, miles. In addition, I did not want to purchase a car that was a rental vehicle. The CARFAX listed the vehicle as ?personal lease?, but the manager knew it was a rental when I arrived . That should have been disclosed when I was talking to the internet sales department and exchanging e-mails. The car was a 2012 but looked horrible with multiple scratches and a dirty interior (which is the reason to stay away from rental cars). Why wasn't the car preped? Next, they tried to show me a 2011 vehicle with tan interior, one minute after I told him tan interior was not an option. I wasted 125 mile round trip and 3 hours of my time. The first comments from the sales / management team should have been ? we are sorry.? That did not happen. As I expressed my concerns, they kept talking ? but failed to listen!!

Conicelli is Awesome!!!
I just recently leased my first vehicle at Conicelli and it was honestly one of the best customer Service experiences i've EVER had! My dealer Troy Davis was very very helpful. He made sure to carefully explain everything to me since this was my first time. He helped me get the lowest payment possible, helping me acquire every possible discount I was eligible for. He even called me the day after to check up on me and see how I liked having my first car. I DEFINITELY recommend Conicelli to anyone looking to get a car. They really care about what's in the best interest of the customer and do everything in their power to seek satisfaction.

Conicelli Toyota, great experience
I have been looking for a new vehicle to replace my truck for 6 months. I was looking for the "WOW Factor" but simply could not find it. I walked into Conicelli Toyota (one of many dealerships I had visited) and explained this to the Sales Manager. Chris hooked me up with Mike Shulski one of his Sales Consultants. Mike was great, he listened to what I wanted the vehicle to do and what I thought my needs were and recommended that I look at the Sienna LE. I went back the following day and drove my new vehicle home. I was very happy with my choice and without Mikes help I think I would still be looking! I found everyone there very professional and eager to make sure I was pleased with the experience and above all happy with my purchase. No pressure, but very attentive, cant ask for anything more!

A no nonsense approach to assisting car buyers
My wife was looking for specific features on a 2012 Toyota Camry. Even though we found these features to be unusual on the LE Camry, Conicelli Toyota had two cars that matched what we were looking for. From the first phone call, to the time I picked up the car just days later, Conicelli staff was responsive, helpful, and made the purchase stress free. Being 1000 miles away from Philadelphia, I had to trust Conicelli?s representation of the car, and found their description spot on. Sales Associate Steve Baker was very proactive in determining what paperwork was necessary to allow me to pick up the car, yet having both my wife and my name on the title. Great customer service and an unselfish sales culture made our experience positive. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Conicelli Toyota again.

Great Car Buying Experience
I recently leased a new car from Conicelli Toyota. In my opinion, most car buying experiences are not pleasant. Not with Conicelli, I had a wonder experience. From the moment I arrived I was treated like a queen. The entire process was so easy I was amazed. I looked at the car on Monday and drove it off the lot on Wednesday. My salesman was terrific, knowledgeable and courtesy as was all the staff members I had contact. I would definitely recommend Conicelli to my friends and family.

Excellent Customer Service
I walked into Conicelli with several product questions. Pat Buscemi (sales consultant) was able to thoroughly answer all of my questions and did not pressure me in anyway to buy. He gave me time and space to figure out what I wanted to do, and assited in getting me great financing. Jim Schwartz (F and I manager)did a wonderful job in reviewing my paper work with me. He fully explained what each document stated peice by peice. He was able to get me a low interest rate on my loan and kept my monthly payments affordable for me. Great service, large inventory, painless process
My salesman Steve Baker made the experience of buying my first car comfortable and stress-free. Steve was very honest with me about why cars are priced a certain way and really wanted to make me happy. I was very pleased with the price of my 2011 Camry. Steve went through the trouble of doing my credit check and getting the car detailed while I was at work so I could pick it up the next day. Every thing went very smoothly. The other great aspect is such an extensive inventory. I basically got to pick out the exact car I wanted since they had every color available. Also the certified pre-owed cars go through a 160 point check and get an year warranty from purchase. More the reason to buy used. My only complaints were a very low trade in value for my 1999 Camry. They only gave me $700 for it, when it was still running fine and I just put in a brand new timing belt for $1000. Also the manager who tried to sell me the extended warranty was saying a lot of crazy stuff to try to convince me to buy it, which I didn't appreciate. I decided not to get the extended warranty. Overall I had a great experience and feel confident about buying from this dealership which has such a great reputation. Steve did a really good job and I would recommend purchasing a car from here.

Commendation to Mr. Manny Mustafa
I purchased a car last yr fr Conicelli, Conshohocken PA. Mr. Manny Mustafa was the dealer rep that sold me that car. I told him at that time when I was looking for a car for me I would come back to him. He was shocked to see I was true to my word. He was the same courteous, concientious, professional person I met last yr. Even though he was busy he came out to let me know he would be with me ASAP. I left with a car and I love it. The rest of the staff are great too. Manny you are awesome.
