Completely satisfied- Jim took care of my needs .

Completely satisfied- Jim took care of my needs . Had some interior work done , technician did a great job as well - I’ve owned several Infiniti’s have been very pleased with the car line

Worst sales and services!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever dealt with. In sales department and services. My car was sitting at this place for over a month just for a key fob, they would never call to update me on anything, I’ve had to call them if I wanted to know anything about my vehicle. They wouldn’t even lend me a vehicle during this time so I lost my job in the mean time, and so much more bad service, they still couldn’t go down on the service prices after everything I went through. As my car was sitting in service I was looking to trade for a vehicle, but all sales men were very pushy on just settling for just any car, I had to go to three sales men and I STILL couldn’t get the right treatment as a customer. Don’t recommend going there if you can avoid it!

I am from the Charleston area and have had an Infiniti (3) since 2004. A nice drive to your dealership and from my first call to the time I drove home felt it was a wonderful experience and short wait time.

Patient, professional and no pressure.

Staff is knowledgeable and listens to customers vehicle issues. And assist me in making those decisions. They never put pressure on me to purchase more services than I could afford. He was very helpful in every detail.

Very happy with my experience, I knew what I wanted as far as my interest rate , what I was willing to pay exc and I left with exactly that . Phenomenal customer service department; you are greeted as soon as you walk in the door, very professional people who are great at their job.
