Textbook bait‑and‑switch. Avoid this business. They advertise cars at one price, then tack on a previously undisclosed mandatory “dealer certification” fee. Mine was nearly $5K on top of an $8K listing - a classic bait‑and‑switch and illegal under NJ law. I walked out. Do not hand over your driver’s license or personal info - they’ll run credit applications with multiple lenders without your consent (ask me how I know). “Manager” Sam bolted when I called out the scam. Good reflexes, buddy, next time expect an undercover agent with the handcuffs. Complaints have been filed with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs, NJ MVC Business Licensing Bureau, and the FTC, all documented. I spoke with other customers in their office who were hit with the same bogus fee. This isn’t a one‑off; it’s their standard playbook. They prey on unsuspecting, less‑affluent, and immigrant buyers. Stay away from this place.

Tony and the team at 101 motors are amazing to work with. I spent sometime, lots of hours researching and looking for a new car. I emailed many dealers all over the county. 101 motors was by far the best response and customer service over any current dealers around. They did exactly what they said we're going to do and then some, Tony worked out all the details and had the car DROPPED SHIPPED to my house in central Oregon. The transaction from start to finish was super easy, best experience i've ever had, I will be buying my next car from these guys. Awesome dealer and good guys

If it were possible to add stars, in this case, I would do so. From great communication, to incredible follow up, to providing vehicles that exceed their descriptions, this dealership is incredible. I must commend Keith in particular. He was/is always willing to take time to take care of his customers. He knows his products. He gets to know you (the customer). Just a great guy who is wonderful to work with. Look at the other reviews of this company. They are all consistent. And there is a reason for that. You will also have a stellar experience when choosing 101 Motors!

After Patiently waiting for the right deal to come along after 2 months. I was lucky to find 101Motors and my new maxima SR the car was in excellent condition and after taking it for a test drive we told Tony let’s not waste time and get this deal done. We were done with the deal in 20 minutes then Tony took the time to give me a tour of the facility and I was impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the showroom and work areas. Attempted to purchase a vehicle from Keith @ 101 Motors and never received a follow up phone call from the him. I wonder if race had anything to do with it. I just happen to be a Black Man. Went to another used car dealer the same day and purchased a similar car instead of a 2005 a 2007 Mercedes-Benz-SLK Class SLK 350 for $2,000 cheaper and a newer model and very little mileage on the car.

101 Motors installed a Metal Cloak Game Changer lift on my new Jeep Wrangler JL. Also did new Westin Bumpers front and rear and side steps. Exceptional customer service, and very responsive. I am not the easiest customer, but they exceeded my expectations. Keith is awesome to work with.

Because we live in a world of max advertising, we were not sure what we were going to get. First we thought the dealership would not be reputable because they are not part of the big dealerships. We were wrong with the great no pressure buying experience, selling the car no more than what we offered even though we were in a compromising negotiating position, honored another customer by taking their offer before us because they called in first (we didn't like this selfishly, but it is very honorable) and they fixed everything we asked for in the purchase. It was an experience we have always wished dealers would be, and we will be a lifetime customer because of it. Second, we thought this dealership would treat us lower because we were only buying a conventional newer model Jeep Cherokee. The moment you walk in, looks like an exotic car dream! From Lamborgini and Ferraris to supped up off road Jeeps, to classic cars detailed to original parts, and to conventional Jeeps, Mercedes or everyday cars. They offered all types of cars, have treated us with great respect even though we didn't buy the most expensive car, and offers service to purchase/sell and negotiate any car we want in the country for our future purchases or sale. Again, this dealer sells Ferraris. So, to get this service at a conventional price point is great. Highly recommend this dealer. Hate to sound cliche, but this dealer was pressure free, honorable, and have great customer service. A true gem in the car buying and selling experience!

Amazing experience! I couldn't be happier with the entire process. From the first day I called and inquired about a car to the day and time I drove off the lot with our new car. Car buying is notorious for being a long, stressful and a drawn out process but not with Tony & 101 Motors. There is no way I will go anywhere else but here when buying a car.
