Thomas Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Sales rep Jacob from Thomas garage in St. Clairsville OH was outstanding, he was professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. He was the reason we purchased our truck. I have been to several dealerships throughout the Ohio Valley and near PA. searching for the right truck and I was either not impressed with their inventory, service or sometimes both. My second vehicle purchased from Thomas garage 1st was my Jeep JL and now Ram 1500. Highly recommended.

Per my previous review.. I took my Charger in to get tested, was told I needed a tune up.. Got one.. my car came back idling high, shaking or jerking, and squealing (all things it was NOT previously doing). I was called, asked to bring my car back.. ok, I’ll give u a shot to make it right. 2 months later.. Car is STILL worse off than when I originally took it.. kept being told, I haven’t charged you for all we’ve done until now.. which was literally NOTHING.. not even the alignment they said they would do. Infact.. my tire light was on.. and their brand new tires (my car has literally been nowhere but at a Dodge dealership for the entire summer) and it’s WORSE than it was when I dropped it off!! -10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

The treat women as if they know nothing about cars. Their service department is even worse. If you have a man in your life even if they know less about cars than you do, send them! It will just be easier. If you don't be prepared to be talked down to!

Great buying experience!! I had a lot of questions even before visiting the dealership... Kevin answered all of them and very promptly. Kevin and Ray were both top notch in the sale and finalizing the deal. I hate the process of buying cars and Kevin made it pretty simple and a great deal to boot! Will definitely check them out first when the next time for a purchase arrives... and I live over an hour away!

I purchased a used Jeep elsewhere but needed a couple of key fobs programmed that I purchased online. Other Jeep dealers sounded like they didn’t want to bother because I didn’t purchase a key fob from them.
