MIKE IS THE BEST
had the best experience ever here. Mike took great care of us and helped us with all the questions we had about cars and what we were looking for. He was very patient with us as I looked at many cars and had questions about many of them. He was able to help me find just what i was looking for and i will be back!!!! Thank you Mike!

Dealership is a Scam!
Dealership does not operate in good faith with their listed prices and tries to get customers to finance thru them in order to get the advertised price. Dealership advertise a certain price on several websites to get you there. Once you arrive it becomes another price.

Completely dishonest.
I sent an online request at around 2pm to see if a Bronco was still available. After about ten minutes I received a text that it was and I went to the dealership for a test drive. When I arrived I was told that the Bronco had gone under contract that morning and was no longer available. They flat out lied to me just to get me to the dealership. Don’t ever go here!!!

DECEPTIVE FEES CHANGE PRICE BY A LOT
I saw a vehicle on Autotrader that was listed as "Great Price" It looked like a decent deal, but I called just to make sure of availability and to get an out-the-door price. I told the salesperson that I did not have a trade, was paying cash, had a plate to transfer, and in which county I would be paying tax. She said that their email was giving them problems but that she could walk me through the itemized price. She did. With great detail, as requested. (This should have been a red flag that they did not put the itemization in writing.) The price is X. This charge is Y. This charge is Z. Your total is this amount out the door. OK. Seemed straightforward, so I then drove to the dealership to check out the car and take if for a test drive. They had the car waiting for me, as promised and the salesperson was very helpful. I checked it out and took it for a test drive. liked the car and we went inside to do the paperwork. THE PRICE ENDED UP BEING OVER $5,000 MORE THAN I WAS TOLD. The price was $3K more because I didn't have a trade in. (which I told the person on the phone. I did see later that it is in the small print on Autotrader if you open some drop downs, but was still not mentioned to me on the phone. There was also a $2,000 extra charge if you are not financing. (Same issue- I told the woman on the phone that I was paying cash.) Further, even the well hidden, small print lists those sneaky charges at thousands different than what they are in the dealership.) The rest of the fees and charges might be were told to me ahead of time and are common amongst dealerships. I understand those. They need to make a profit. But the hidden charges and then being told complete lies by someone who had conveniently stepped out when I was at the dealership, is lousy service. This is essentially a trick to get you in the door and perpetuates the stereotypes people have about used car dealerships. The manager had a million excuses. “Well, market price this, and fine print on our website that.” The kind salesperson, Anna Marie, was visibly embarrassed. THIS DEALERSHIP IS NOT HONEST. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Always read the “fine print”
I’ve been looking for a specific used vehicle for a while and this dealership has one available. The advertised price was “good”, so I was getting ready to call. Then I saw the rest of the posting and the reference to additional charges if you didn’t trade a vehicle in, or finance, with them. They would charge an extra $3000 for the vehicle. That pushed the vehicle price to worse than a Carvana “deal”. And that’s without the upsell on other “services” that I’m sure they’ll attempt. No thanks. Definitely a dealership I’ll never consider now, or in the future.

The worst
8 times. I have brought my car into a Chevy dealership for the same problem and it hasn’t been fixed. The customer service crew are poor communicators and liars. This time they had my car for 3 weeks and warranty wants them to give it back untouched because my car is fine “fine”. all y’all are crooks. This is how you treat your customers? Carlos is the most unprofessional of them all by the way. Watch out, if they don’t figure out what’s wrong with your misfiring car right away they will use it to taxi other customers without your permission!!

Deceptive time wasters
I seldom put a place of business on blast but this is well deserved and potential car buyers should be aware. I’ll start with the main point then the details. Deceptive, dishonest and disrespectful. After spending and hour or more waiting for the car to be jump started (dead battery), the keys found to the vehicle blocking it in, confirming the price, test driving, getting a trade in appraisal, asking about any additional fees and stating the importance of being upfront and straight forwards I said let’s do it. I provided my pay off info, the substantial down payment and then waited for the offer. Of course I saw the total first, gasped and went line by line. I saw the trade value much lower (50%) than their trade tool stated and didn’t include the additional $500 as promised from their web form. Then a reconditioning fee for the trade in, I can accept that. Then a nearly $4000 charge for accessories. That’s an additional 14% of the price. When I acquired to what that was, I was told for clear coat and upholstery protection. xxxx you can’t even see so you just take their word. Sure, seems legit, honest, right? No it seems like desperate tactics of an organization that lacks trust in their marketing or sales skills. Under price the advertised price to get unsuspecting customers and wear them out and surprise. 14%! I walked out reminded that I had asked and stated I expected straight answers. When there’s no trust there’s no deal. When there’s no respect for time there’s no deal. This is a tactic of a leader who doesn’t believe in his skills or his people and believes Byers are stupid. I would have still had an interest in the truck at $4k higher but would never buy from those I don’t trust or respect.

Hokey from Door to Door
This was an interesting visit. Part hokey car dealership stuff part outright fraud. The hokey part was the online price, though not stated online was only if you brought a trade AND financed. Aside from the $2000+ addition to the price and our differences in trade value my financing I brought only went so far they said let them see about working it out with financing. Then a guy from their finance department called me and suggested that I change my application by increasing my income. Claiming i own my house, and to lie about my length of employment. Ladies and gentlemen that's fraud. No way around it. Then he called to remind me to answer the phone and what to say. I opted out of financing with them and called back to talk about the deal. Then decided I have a bank draft i will just go elsewhere. Buyer beware. I guess if you want a car bad enough the credit guy helping you fraud is Ok. My advice buy elsewhere. They seem like nice guys but the totality of the experience was poor.

Bad sale with an inoperable car! We WANT OUT!!
My 19 year old teenage college daughter purchased her first vehicle a month ago and never got a chance to enjoy. It’s been in their possession since with major issue. The vehicle was never inspected before selling it. Now she is in WITHOUT a vehicle!! First payment is almost due. She wants to CANCEL the contract. We was by one of the financial guys they can’t take it back but technically have the garbage xxx vehicle since. I contacted the bank Santander USA. I was informed that the Lou Bachrodt Pompano Beach CAN cancel her contract in which it’s call Unwind… They don’t want to lose out on sale but rather sale garbage used car to people. I’m a loyal customer for years and now I’m very upset their sales service. I will take this matter to a higher level til my daughter gets out of the contract without ruining her credit!!! 😡😡😡 This is very frustrating and stressful.
