The dealership responded quickly to my request for information. The car in question was, unfortunately, out of my price range.

So far pretty Good, I bought Land Rover Lr3 having small problem but they fixed them.

The manager Adrian sold an Audi S8 out from under me. He insisted the car was still available, dragged his feet on collecting my deposit & sold the car on me without so much as a call back! I made arrangements to fly to Chicago & now I'm eating my flight/hotel costs. Buyer beware!!

My search for a "new" used car brought me to Lux Cars Chicago via the internet. The car I was looking at, a 2010 CL550 was spectacular on paper, and when I saw it in the "flesh" it was all I hoped it would be. It didn't hurt that I had great phone conversations with Earl the GM a number of years ago about another auto I was interested in- he made me feel like family each step of the way. Long story short- I took a train ride from Michigan, and felt so good about the whole process, that I never even test drove the car at Lux. I believed everything they told me, and felt if there was a problem on my extended "test drive" back to home to Michigan, that Lux would take care of me. It's about the people isn't it? ... and everyone I met and who assisted me made me feel like family and made me feel the car and deal were great. It's proved to be just that.

Daniel, Earl and his team were fantastic to work with. My wife and I drove from Minneapolis to buy and trade in our current vehicle, we could not have had a better experience!
