Lara Pigue, is very valuable to your business

Lara Pigue, was a great service advisor. She was very informative and super nice. She made me feel like she cared and told me to be safe driving home. I really appreciated that, you don’t hear businesses say that anymore. Thanks.

Fair, Fast & Furious!

Fair, Fast & Furious! From initiating my appointment and upon arrival I received excellent customer service I took my car in for an oil change and overall check-up (from the front to the back). After the assessment, I was told that I kept my car well and all that was needed was an oil change and an alignment. In today’s world it’s difficult to find an honest dealership and with honest employees and servicemen: Not the case with Infiniti of Central Arkansas. I experience solid service and a super warm welcoming staff who were super helpful and repaired my car quickly. I would recommend Infiniti of Central Arkansas to my family, friends, and even strangers. Tangala

Excellence and Standards is so hard to come by these

Excellence and Standards is so hard to come by these days. I am from Dallas and had to drive to Arkansas for work. I was unable to get my routine maintenance done prior to getting on the road. Lara Pique at Infiniti of central Arkansas immediately took care of my needs. They treated me like I had been one of their customers for years. They provided me a quiet area for me to take all my conference calls while I waited. They were diligent with informing me of other critical maintenance needs also. Lara kept me informed at all times and had me out before rush hour!! I can't thank this team enough. If I ever need to purchase another Infiniti, I would drive all the way back here for my purchase. I had such a great experience . I have been telling everyone.

Wonderful people, and amazing service

My experience with Everett infiniti was very smooth, precise, and favorable. I enjoyed Clayton Morris’ customer service and extensive knowledge. He was sufficient in giving me exactly what I wanted
