Dealership was wonderful other than a failure to

Dealership was wonderful other than a failure to communicate in one particular instance. The car was delivered somewhat washed, but I was told the exterior scratches would be buffed out. This was not done. After delivery, I had to take the car to have the interior windows cleaned. The interior of the car was clean other than the windows.
