I came in to purchase a car from Hayton, on Monday, July 22, 2019. Everyone seemed friendly, but that was expected. Less than 24 hours after my purchase,... my car started to malfunction. I went to the dealership 2 days after I purchased the car and while discussing the warranty with the sales manager Joe (who said he would “take care of me”), I made it clear of my understanding- which was that I could return the car within 3 days of purchase (due to my own ignorance of the law, which I hadn’t known at the time). When I said I had three days to return the car, he replied, “Well...” before switching the subject back to the warranty. On the third day, I decided to return the car. I let them know I didn’t feel safe due to electrical malfunctions, they tried to convince me otherwise. I learned then that I could not return the car and what their definition of cancelling a purchase meant. Instead of asking me if I had been told that the car was non returnable as soon as it left the lot, they simply told me that I should have been told- well I wasn’t! Bottom line- this is my first time purchasing a car, and I felt I had a terrible experience. The customer service felt shady and deceitful. I wouldn’t recommend anyone dealing with these people unless you have plenty of knowledge of car laws or a lawyer present.
Outstanding. Called another dealer and asked if they could match an online price and was told no. I called Dylan and asked the same question. His response... was simple if I can match I will, if not, I will not waste your time. He came back with a better price than the original dealer and gave me more for my trade than I expected. I was done with the complete sale in under 1.5 hours. Dylan Cusick is an awesome salesman. If you are in the market for a new VW give him a call and if he can make a deal he will. He also understands your time is valuable.
Never actually went to the dealership. Dealt over the web and phone. People seemed really good. They gave us their best price. We ended up buying another... model but when I am ready again I will give Priority a call for sure.
This is the best dealership! I am on my third lease with them, and they worked with me to get the car inside my budget. This time they even delivered... the car to me a hour away! Awesome. Thank to Ron and Mason for all your help!
We have been very happy with our experience at Priority. We are a military family and have bought cars in many different places, but no experience has... been as seamless and straightforward as this one. We started our search on the internet, and Ron contacted us we were able to get all the details worked out before arriving so the time we spent at the dealership was minimal. In 43 years this is the first review I've ever left on a business. Unfortunately, 1 star is being too generous, but unable to leave 0 stars. First off,... the review has nothing to do with the quality of my car, I've had my Jetta for a little under a year now and it's been a great car. However, yesterday I took my car to Priority VW for it's first oil change and inspection since it was covered under their "Priority for Life". But after leaving I stopped along the way home at a rest area and when I got out of the car I noticed scratches all over the roof and hood of my car that most definitely were not there when I left to go to Priority or gave them my car to get serviced. They were obviously new due to the fact that they even scratched away from dirt from where I haven't been able to wash my car lately. I had not left the sight of my car since they handed the key to me neither, so I knew nothing had happened after I got the car back from them. A part of me new I was likely screwed because I had already gotten about 45 minutes away and it would be denied when I returned. But, I decided to return anyway hoping they would acknowledge what they did and take care of it. In the end after speaking with the subjects in service that I just saw and the service manager I got the "that's strange", "I don't know what we have that would cause that", and "if anything comes up we'll let you know". Loosely translated, "we scratched up your car, we aren't going to do anything about it, and there's nothing you can do about it". So I'm done taking care of the damaged they caused on my own and all I can do is leave reviews everywhere possible. My suggestion would be to forget the great Priority for Life deal and take care of your car service on your own if possible. And, if you have to or choose to return to Priority for your car service, make sure you check your car over very well before and after they take possession. Preparing yourself with before and after pictures wouldn't be a bad idea either. They got me good, don't let it happen to you!!
I had a great experience and the whole team was great. I came looking for a used car but they showed me how a new VW would be better for me and cost less... in the end. Thanks Priority!
