The service department and especially Mr Mark Solomon always do an excellent job in helping me with all my needs with my VW. I cannot thank them enough.

Fake internet price to lure you in

A Loyalty VW salesman told me that they were legally required to post their internet price as the actual MSRP but it was a fake price because they're currently charging $5,000 over MSRP due to shortages. Funny because I've contacted many dealerships in the past couple weeks and no other VW dealership is charging over MSRP, let alone price gouging like Loyalty VW! Sorry, but when a dealership posts fake prices to lure you in so they can rip you off, I run in the opposite direction. So should you.

Hi there! We post the MSRP (Manufacture Suggested Retail Price) which is a guide. We also post rebates that you may qualify for. Due to the current supply and demand issues, we are pricing our vehicles over MSRP. When the supply is high and the demand is low we sell for less than what is posted online. Jonathon was awesome. He was super helpful and professional. Went above and beyond with me and my husband to make sure we got everything we needed and we were comfortable with the purchase. It’s not every day you find a fair and honest salesman.

Lane took the time to find out what I was looking for. Compared cars with me and never rushed me. He took time to explain things or got others involved to help explain things. I was very satisfied with the level of customer service Lane provided.

I previously had a VW from this dealership and have always received wonderful service. When I came to look for a new car, the salesman Jonathan York was amazing to work with. He listened to what I needed in a car, was patient and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him. We found a car in my budget and the features that mattered to me the most.

There is not a whole lot of LOYALTY going on with their website. I went in to purchase a car and was alarmed when they informed me the price they posted on the website was a mistake and the actual cost was substantially higher. They refused to honor the online price. Also, take the $2K above Kelly Bluebook with a grain of salt. The actual trade in value they gave me was nowhere close.

Tow truck never showed up. Phone wasn't answered

My 2021 was to be towed today from Wal Mart on Hull St. The tow truck never showed up. When I called them - nobody answered the phone.

It was wonderful! They guided me through my first car...

It was wonderful! They guided me through my first car purchase and gave me advice and helped me set everything up,down to helping me connect my phone to my Bluetooth! Thank you Kate you rock!
