Khalil is truly Mr.
Khalil is truly Mr. Customer Service. He worked with us for months. He's very patient and knowledgeable. He will go above and beyond to understand your needs and help you find the right car. We highly recommend working with Khalil. Due to Khalil's hard work, we did buy a 2024 ID4 and love it. Unfortunately, Heritage didn't have the color we wanted and we ended up buying from a different VW dealer.

From start to finish, they made the car-buying process incredibly smooth, respectful, and even enjoyable! I was honestly on the fence about making a purchase, but their professionalism and encouragement gave me the confidence I needed to move forward. Will break a part on your car when accessing / checking a
Will break a part on your car when accessing / checking a sensor issue & lie about it. Then swap it out with a completely different & non pristine part smack dab on the grill. Sent photos of original part from recent detailing photos & the ugly hazy piece their mechanic put on it as a replacement. Honesty is nothing to them. Wouldn't show me the walk around video of my car before service either! I saw the service advisor do it with the tablet. His excuse - oh it didn't show the grill or symbol… really? Sent photos as proof & even sent a photo of how the rear emblem was chrome but the one they slapped on the front was much older & not chrome inside. I was just brushed off completely & after paying over $700 for a scam sensor recalibration at that! Even our detailer saw the swapped piece/emblem & said no way!! He was literally offended by the scuffs / haze on it. So took it upon myself to order the part for the front of my grill directly from VW parts using the vehicle VIN. Not cheap. Received the part in VW packaging & low & behold - it is exactly what was on our car before Heritage Catonsville service touched it earlier this month. Still waiting on reimbursement from Samantha.

Horrible experience at this dealer purchased 3 VW vehicles from 2021-2023. Didn’t have any issues before. Obviously new staff now, they are only interested in wasting time, they forget details from one conversation to the next. Just some old school scummy car dealer practices. They were not interested in getting a deal done, just wasting time. I took my business down the road, bought a car same day at a honest dealer. David, Jordan and a finance lady were the individuals I interacted with, just all over the place

Brandon is the best! We’ve been using Heritage VW since the OM location closed, and everyone is always beyond personable and helpful. Brandon was not pushy, answered our questions, and was extremely patient as we worked out the financials. I would never consider going anywhere else as long as I’m driving a VW! Truly, the best experience!

Avoid Heritage Volkswagen at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Heritage Volkswagen in Catonsville has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. 1) Battery Issue: A Week for Nothing After purchasing a car from CarMax (still under warranty), it developed a battery error. CarMax recommended we take it to Volkswagen, so we chose Heritage due to proximity. Big mistake! They kept the car for an entire week before even looking at it, only to tell us they replaced the battery. A week for something so basic? Ridiculous! 2) Remote Start Installation: A Comedy of Errors Thinking the battery ordeal was a fluke, we decided to have a remote start installed. They required a deposit upfront, which seemed odd but understandable. Once the parts arrived, we dropped off the car. Days went by without any updates. After a week of silence, we called to check in, only to hear, "Oh, we ordered the wrong parts." This happened not once but twice. Two separate times, they kept our car for days without realizing the parts were incorrect. Each time, we were left waiting for weeks with no resolution. 3) Finally Done... Or So We Thought Six months later, they finally got it together—or so we thought. We dropped off the car and were promised it would be done that day. Later, we got a call saying it was ready, but there was a "battery error" again. We reminded them this issue had already been resolved by them nine months earlier. Their response? “Oh, okay. We charged the battery; it’s fine now.” 4) The Grand Finale: Remote Start Fiasco When we picked up the car, we were told it came with just one remote. Fine—maybe that was on us for not clarifying. But then the service agent went to demonstrate the remote start, and... it didn’t work. After multiple failed attempts, they called the mechanic supervisor, who couldn’t get it to work either. His response? “It’s not our fault; it might be the battery.” Seriously?! The same battery they supposedly replaced and "checked" multiple times? 5) Unprofessional, Incompetent, and a Waste of Time This dealership is a shining example of disorganization, lack of accountability, and unprofessionalism. They’ll happily take your money upfront but fail to deliver even basic service. If you value your time, money, or sanity, avoid Heritage Volkswagen at all costs. They have some of the worst reviews I have seen!!!

Samantha, Thank for your time to respond. To be honest I am not sure what can be done to regain my trust. I gave your group more than three times over 6-9 months to correct. I'm like Charlie Brown kicking the football and Heritage is Lucy, promising to NOT move the ball as I am going to kick. Well Lucy, I think I gave you enough chances.
