Jim was so easy to talk with; he quickly understood what I was looking for and within a couple of hours I was leaving the Devoe Dealership in a new car. Jim was very knowledgeable, straightforward, so thorough and very courteous...there truly was no pressure at all. Jim's enthusiasm for what he does was so palpable that it made for an unforgettable car buying experience. Not only did I get a new car, but I also gained a new friend!

Initially, I came in to DeVoe for an oil/filter change and tire rotation service of my 2021 CT-4 Premium Luxury Cadillac. John Mullins is my service manager and he's great. While waiting in DeVoe'lovely customer waiting room, having one of their warm lattes, I decided to walk over to the showroom to look at their 2026 CT-5s. My CT-4 was 5 years old and I'd been considering upgrading to a new 2026 model. When I walked in, Celeste Chandler approached me and inquired if she assist. It was sooo comfortable to work with a female salesperson. She was very warm, personable, informative and forthright! Just amazing. I loved my shopping experience; there was no pushing or hard sell tactics. Within a short time I realized I was ready to buy my new car. Both Celeste and Brandon made it happen with a hassle-free trade-in and new car purchase transaction. This dealership is great and buyers should see what they are all about.
