I checked online before coming into the store to trade in my 2017 XT5. I recognized Michael’s name when I came in since his picture was associated online with one of the XT5 vehicles that I was interested in checking out. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. He explained the newer features on the XT5s and the differences between the 2 cars that I was interested in; he superseded my expectations in buying the 2024 Cadillac XT5 vs the 2023 model helping me decide to go with the newer model. The additional cost compared to purchasing a newer model with more features made my decision an easy one. I love the car and I love the silver color with the light interior. Michael made the whole sales process very comfortable and he was great to work with.

We came to purchase two vehicles at the conclusion of their leases - one for me, and one for my sister. We had arranged the day and time (Thursday morning, 6/11/26) two weeks in advance with your Sales Manager (Jack Fitzgerald) and confirmed it again three days before coming in. The Sales Manager had cautioned us that, if the F&I people were completing new car deals, that we may have to wait for a short while to be serviced. When we arrived, Brandon Pallotino addressed my vehicle sale promptly. Ken Burkart was not at his desk to handle my sister at the same time, so she was asked to sit in the Customer Lounge. When my vehicle sale was completed (30 or so minutes later), I was surprised to see my sister still in the Customer Lounge. No one had come to handle her sale. As soon as we left Brandon's office, the dealership Sales Trainer(?) closed the door to Brandon's office and ignored us for at least another 20 minutes. Ken was no where to be found. We had to go back to the Sales Manager two additional times to ask him to intervene with the Sales Trainer. That man couldn't care less about having someone (e.g. Brandon or Ken) service my sister's end-of-lease vehicle sale. He ignored the Sales Manager twice and clearly conveyed that his time was more important than ours. Finally, on the third try by the Sales Manager, the Sales Trainer relinquished his time with Brandon, and Brandon completed the lease vehicle sale with my sister. This took another 20 - 30 minutes. It was not a busy morning at the dealership. There were no other new vehicle sales in process requiring the F&I Department's attention. What should have been two very easy, back-to-back end-of-lease vehicle sales that should have taken no more than 45 - 60 minutes dragged out to 1.5 - 2.0 hours. This "casual, take our time to service you" on anything other than a new vehicle sale is something that my husband and I have seen before from the DeVoe Cadillac team. This dealership needs an attitude adjustment.
