DeVoe Cadillac

My visit for Service turned into a purchase. I was checking out the new and used Escalades and met with Micheal who assisted me. He was courteous and didn’t pressure me … eventually I decided to buy my Escalade and wanted to comment that DeVoe Cadillac is a 1st class family owned business . Thank you DeVoe this is my 4th vehicle I have purchased here!!

Immediately felt like home. Excellent staff from initial contact through the entire sales process. Celeste is the best, and Sales Manager Jack was truly a pleasure to speak with. Nothing but good things to say—thank you for making the entire experience unexpectedly pleasant. Highly recommend!

The dealership was clean and very nice Mike who was the only sales person standing so he had to tak two old.people on walkers he was great and Ken was also very nice and the girl at the desk was nice but the rest of the showroom was cold as we walked around guess they are selling cars online. After all these years I actually found a great place that made me very comfortable no pressure and very informative, this will be my car shopping place forward.

I thought the dealership was honest, direct, and straight-forward in negotiating the price. They said what they could do and did what they said. You can't ask for anything more than that. I would purchase from this family-owned dealership again without hesitation in the future!
