Alberta referred me down to the Drive Apeal car center on Lyndale. I got a warranty with my car. I would never buy a car without one. Too expense repairs these days. I used the warranty once already and it was pretty easy. Alberta said she would only buy her cars from Mike and I understand why. Stand up guy!

Mike from Drive Appeal: Taking truck in for the 4th time for engine repairs in 8 months. I won’t recommend this location.

Don't do it! Mechanic speaking here. They sell garbage and Mike is an absolute A$$. Go to a dealership that certified their used vehicles. Multiple issues with dealing with this place and the vehicle I'm in $5000 for repairs that are not covered on warranty and or gave out only a few hundred miles outside of their warranty. If I didn't need a vehicle ASAP I wouldn't have bought from them at the time. Again just don't do it go else where

I bought a car from Mike, he told me the car had been inspected. I got the car home, the next day took it to a dealership. The car needed a lot of repairs, went back to Mike he told me he had already sold my car that I traded in so there wasn't nothing he could do for me. Worst place ever!!!

I purchased a 2013 Escalade truck here and the salesman was okay with giving us all the information about the truck but didn’t keep his word. After driving the truck for 2 weeks the engine light turned on. My brother contact the dealership and Mike was disrespectful to him on the phone. The same day we ended going to the dealership to ask questions and Becky was very disrespectful. As my brother explained to her about the problem with the truck she was giving us attitude and right away jumped to did you by extra warranty as she was throwing the documentation to us. Mike walked in to her office and she right away started to have comments about my brother. My brother and I were trying to get answers from them and out of nowhere Becky raised her voice and told my bother to “get the xxxx of her office”. My brother wasn’t disrespectful but Mike and Becky were. I explained to them that their salesman had told us that if we had any problems to bring the truck back. Mike responded with “he is new and doesn’t know what he is talking about” Worst costumer service and to everyone reading their reviews believe it and find a different dealership.

Terrible service. Don’t buy anything from here. Especially new car drivers going to look at a vehicle, cars are not ready to buy off the lot.
