I have been a customer of Crown Hyundai going on 10 years now. This is my fourth car from them. Not because anything has been wrong w past cars, it’s just been me wanting a new car each time. I am so thankful for having John You as my salesman. He was professional, not pushy whatsoever and just very laid back. I told him what I was looking for, what price range I wanted to stay within and with a little help from Casey the manager, I was able to check off all the boxes and drive outta there with a brand new car. We took our Tucson in for servicing and a recall at
We took our Tucson in for servicing and a recall at Crown. Lori Kainasky met us as we arrived and explained to us what was going to be done and approximately how long it would take. She then made sure we were comfortably settled in the waiting area. The waiting area had coffee, water, and snacks. I was also able to login to the internet while I waited. We would like to thank Lori for being friendly and courteous. We will definitely return to crown for any future service.
