Today I finally made it back into the dealership after our new lease purchase with a gazillion questions, thank you Jonathan Schroeder for handling ALL of it for me. Looking forward t working with you in the future!

Justin Hoffman at crown hyundai was awesome whether it is buying a car or just service everyone there is no nice and very helpful. One thing I like is that they just cut to the chase and tell u like it is. Mr Brian Casey - Service Rep correctly diagnosed our Steering problem and immediately scheduled an appointment to repair our 2013 Sonata. When we brought in our Hyundai for service Brian took excellent care of us. He informed us of approximate time of repair and was spot on. He kept us informed during the repair process, and assisted us during checkout. I would definitely take my Sonata back to Crown Hyundai for any service needs and ask for Brian Casey to be our service rep.

Ryan Gibb followed up and helped when finance dropped the ball. W We will never use Leslie Magruder again! Only Danny Lai! Danny is awesome! He financed three of our four vehicles bought there. I had asked for Danny Lai but it was his day off. My finacee Sherri just purchased a 2017 Elantra. Everything went great! Ryan Gibb and Danny Lai. We would not let anyone else do the financing.

Jordan Anderson was the best. He got straight to the point. He helped me get the right car for me. I would definitely recommend Jordan to family and friends.
